The pain-body, thought patterns and the accompanying negative emotions, are like the black holes of the universe; everything that comes close to it is pulled towards it and it grows. Thereby, more things become negative. The only thing you can do is recognize the pain-body and to stay away from it as much as necessary so you don't feed it. Only if you starve it, it might dissipate.

The emergence of the universe and the the disappearance of it.

The formation of planet earth and the destruction of it.

The evolotion of mankind and its extinction.

The cultures that come and go.

The rise and fall of empires.

To be born and to die.

These are all waves. We can ride these waves in our own way, but the waves themselves we cannot change.
