Fourth of July Ben 10 Alien Inspired by Uncle Sam

The compustsapiens are a humanoid species with the ability to generate explosions from their hands. Their arms have “nostrils” that take in air to convert it into a combustible gas that’s released from an orifice on their palm. The gas is then ignited by a spark from two metal growths on either side of their palm’s orifice. They’re built to withstand explosions from themselves and others, just feeling like punches to them. Their skin is laced with a flame retardant substance and they grow fiberglass instead of hair, providing protection from the heat from explosions. Between their skin and muscle is a non-Newtonian fluid that protects them from shock waves from their explosions. They all have red skin and blue eyes, as well as blue tongues and mouths. Visually most of their men and women respectively look like Uncle Sam and Lady Columbia from American propaganda.

The home world of the combustisapiens is Columbia Alpha. The temperatures on Columbia Alpha swings between extreme throughout the year due to climate change brought about by the gasses that combustisapiens emit and their industrial culture. Their planet is orbited by three moons; Columbia Beta, Columbia Gamma, and Columbia Delta. All three of their moons have mining operations on them.

They’re all extremely patriotic, living and dying for their nation and their people. When Ben or another Omnitrix wielder transforms into a combustisapien they’ll express extreme patriotism towards their nation, their allies, and broadly towards their planet and star system.

Crackpot Theory!

Part of the theory) I believe that the mannequin is Dr. Football, the mannequin who screamed at Pomni in the pilot.

Actual theory) Dr. Football is a human who made themselves look like an NPC, began hiding from the others, and been spying on them.

Dr.F had Caine forget about them after finding a way to alter their appearance (either through a glitch, hacking the system, or convincing Caine to do it). We’ve seen in episode 3 that if you tell Caine to forget about something he will. If one of the humans questioned their whereabouts, Caine would have no idea what they’re talking about and the humans may think some sort of glitch happened to them.

Dr.F could have been like Zooble and wanted some freedom or they could’ve been worse than Jax and had intentionally triggered others to abstract (which Gooseworx has stated that Jax would never do that). If they’re like Zooble, they could be spying for parasocial purposes. If worse than Jax, they could be spying in wait for everyone who would remember them to abstract before re-joining the circus proper.

Them screaming at Pomni in the pilot could’ve been a way to keep the freshly-new human from questioning why an NPC is inside the circus by striking fear in them.

Theory!

ok people have probably mentioned this already but in the newest tadc episode when Jax is running down the hallway, the image of his *probably* abstracted friend isn't the only door that he runs past!

He first runs past Kaufmo's definitely abstracted door, and then a second door which is the non-abstracted mannequin we presumably saw at the beginning and end of the episode.

We can only guess right now, but the confirmation that this is an official resident of the circus means that either...

a. there's another person who's now stuck in the circus OR

b. maybe Caine really is losing track of who is or isn't an npc

With all this episode's foreshadowing with Jax and the possibility of Caine being more powerful than he either knows or let's on, there's definitely signs of that there's something going wrong with the circus and the people inside. I'm really excited to see the rest of the season goes, and I hope we get more answers in ep. 6!

List of Dead By Daylight Licensed Killer Concepts

Thanks to Springtrap being included in DBD I’ve been thinking about who else could be put in the game. In DBD most of the licensed characters are from horror & horror-adjacent franchises, but the Survivors Lora Croft & Nicolas Cage as well as the Killer Vecna (aka “The Lich”) are not. Due to these exceptions, I’ve put some non-horror & non-horror-adjacent characters in my list.

The Plant

Audrey II from the film “Little Shop of Horrors (1986)”.

Not humanoid, but The Dredge is not very humanoid themself. I imagine them crawling around with their vines if not given a more humanoid body. I think The Entity would collect that bud from the end of the film.

Seymour Krelborn could accompany them as their Survivor.

The Cyborg

Adam Smasher from the TTRPGs “Cyberpunk 2020”, “Cyberpunk RED”, and “Cyberpunk 2077”, the anime “Cyberpunk: Edgerunners”, and various TTRPG adventurebooks/sourcebooks under the Cyberpunk label.

Smasher would likely be nerfed by The Entity, but he probably won’t mind since he would be able to endlessly torture and kill the Survivors. I’d imagine that The Entity would take him into the fog after the events of 2077.

Morgan Blackhand and/or Johnny Silverhand could accompany him as his Survivor(s).

The Beast

Melon from the manga & anime “Beastars”.

Like Ken Kaneki (aka “The Ghoul”), Melon is from a manga/anime. I’d imagine that The Entity would pull him out of prison and into the fog.

Legoshi could accompany him as his Survivor.

The TV Host

Emanuel Crocket from the short film “Mr. Crocket” & feature film by the same name.

He’s no stranger to making deals with powerful forces, so I’d imagine he would work with The Entity to protect any new children he kidnapped and take revenge on the people who freed the children he had in his own little realm.

Rhonda Harper and/or Summer Beverly could accompany him as his Survivor(s).

The Dentist

Dr. Alan Feinstone from the films “The Dentist” & “The Dentist 2”.

A bit of an obscure pick, but I feel that this psychotic dental physician can work as a Killer. I’d imagine The Entity taking him into the fog when he was driving to who knows where at the end of the sequel. He could still have visible damage from the film, including the nails impeded in his skull and shoulder.

Brooke Sullivan and/or Jamie Devers could accompany him as his Survivor(s).

The Purger

Skeletor from the film “The First Purge”.

Out of everyone in The Purge franchise, Skeletor seems like the only one truly killing for pure enjoyment. Nothing to do with ideology, bigotry, financial gain, or survival. He does it for the thrill, which The Entity would love. I’d imagine his charred body was taken by The Entity after everyone left the apartment.

I don’t think he should have an accompanying Survivor.

The Wannabe

Leslie Vernon “Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon”. He admire slashers, who are actually historically serial killers in his world, so much that he decided to become one. Studying said killers, changing his name, dressing as a dead child from an urban legend, altering the environment, training his body, all to hopefully become a legendary slasher. I’d imagine The Entity taking him not long after he left the morgue or maybe after another killing spree .

Taylor Gentry could accompany him as his Survivor.

My idea of how this pairing came to be.

Lost in space, Ivo Robotnik found a Soviet spacecraft and discovered a monkey cosmonaut in a cryo-chamber. The monkey’s spacesuit has “кокос” on their name tag, which Ivo knows means Coconut. He free the monkey and fix them up with cybernetics, because Cold War era cryonics was awful and left the monkey with severe frostbite. Ivo & Coconuts would work together to get back to Earth.

What happens after that? IDK.

Sharing some art I made a couple years ago of a centaur-like alien species where it’s the norm to give birth to ischiopagus conjoined twins.

Anatomy

They’re joined at the pelvis, which is significantly smaller than their unconjoined ancestors. The Gemins share the urinary tract organs, rectum, and anus. Their lower half houses their lower GI tract, urinary tract, and sex organs.

The genitalia of a Gemin is located between their functional legs. In males, the penis stays hidden in their body until erected. The females tend to have wider hips than the males and smaller vestigial legs, other than these features there is little sexual dimorphism.

Their upper halves houses one brain, two hearts, two lungs, one stomach, and one gallbladder each. They’re covered with short fur, like a deer. The hair on their scalp is longer than the rest on their body. Instead of nostrils, the Gemins have gill like slits that they can open and close. Though being very mammal-like, they lack mammary glands.

Culture

The Gemins are given three names at birth by their broawitli parents. One name for each child (broawoslo) and one for them both (broawitli). In the traditional drawing above, the individuals are called Broa & Brlu (sturdy & brave) while they are collectively known as Brana (warrior). It is common for parents to give their children matching names.

The broawoslo children are expected to be raised to not fight each other and to work together. It is usually for both broawitli to raise their children, all four broawoslo are responsible for the upbringing of the children. The grandparents usually don’t have a role in their grandchildren lives outside of advising the parents.

When looking for a partner, the broawoslo will usually work together to find a broawitli who they both find appealing. It is uncommon for more than two broawitli to be in a romantic relationship but it does happens.

In the rare cases of an unconjoined (broaslutla) being born, the child will be seen as deformed and will likely face much hardship in life. Broaslutla often die young as a result of hate crimes and suicide. Most broaslutla adults never get married, some nations having it illegal for them to do so. In Gemin myths and legends, many monsters are broaslutla in shape. Upon making contact with humanity they found our depictions of centaurs fascinating, despite the similarities to their broaslutla. Younger generations of Gemins who’ve been exposed to centaur characters are more accepting of broaslutla and are fighting to protect them.

Their sun and moon, known as Mu & Nu, are traditionally seen as the heads of a divine hermaphroditic broawitli. Nu (father moon) and Mu (mother sun) takes turns watching over the people they’ve created out of clay and straw. They don’t have a concept of eclipses because they don’t occur on their planet. The Gemins seen the stars as orderly birds of fire that flew high in the sky and obscure by Mu during the day. Shooting stars were the fire birds that got shot down by Mu & Nu, the meteorites being the stones that they used to do so. Rainbows and moonbows were seen as Mu & Nu expression their joy by painting the sky. Their northern & southern lights were seen as Nu making fire dance in the sky, in an attempt to warm people up. Mirages were seen as Mu warning people to get out of her heat. Some people believed in other gods as well, but the majority of people believed in Mu & Nu as the only gods. Even through their Industrial Revolution and after entering their Digital Age, many still pray to Mu & Nu.

Their tech-level, using GURPS terminology, was TL 5 before an advanced alien civilization known as the A’wun (aka the Digimorphs) began relocating their star system and uplifting them. Now their tech-level is TL 8, having the same technology we have modern day.

Language

The Gemins’ language is an interlang that was created on the request of the A’wun for ease of communication, per their “One Planet, One Language” policy. Due to the Gemins not expanding much on their planet, it was relatively easy for them to firmly establish their interlang.

They have an alphabet that they write in from right to left, from top to bottom. The letters derived from a cruneiform-like writing system.

Note

I was considering making a new picture of this species for this post, but these guys are difficult for me to draw. Working with two hairy & hooved individuals that are connected back-to-back, that should ideally not just be copies of each other and should get equal attention, is quite hard. Still love them though.

Looking at this model, William Afton is clearly a blind quadruple amputee with muscular atrophy. His eye sockets are empty, his arms and legs are amputated from blow the knees and below the elbows respectively, and his muscles are so thin that we can see his bones.

His empty eye sockets are explained with what we got from the first game, Phoneguy telling us that the suits will push your eyes out and us seeing it when we die. Afton’s old model had silver eyes, implying that his organic eyes were pushed out when he was spring-locked.

His amputated limbs may be from the spring-locks crushing his body, the limbs being most affected since the animatronics would have more moving parts and points of articulation in those areas.

His muscular atrophy is very likely from spending years lying on the floor completely immobilized and later relaying on the spring-lock suit for support.

Thinking about it, Afton would also be malnourished from his time on the floor. May also have some trouble talking with his years of silent.

This makes me want fans to depict William Afton with proper prosthetics, going to physical therapy, and meeting with a dietitian and a speech therapist. He can keep the silver eyes, those are cool looking and help him see. I’d think he could easily lie about being in “the war” and nobody would look into it.

Was working on something and listening to music when E.T by Katy Perry came on. I got curious and looked for AMVs, hoping for like Space Dandy or My Adventures with Superman. I just got videos of Demon Slayer, Naruto, Dragon Balls, My Hero Academia, and Miraculous Ladybug. After that disappointment I looked for a Klingon or Na’vi cover and got NOTHING. No animations either.

I wanna see Superman & Lois Lane.

I wanna see Space Dandy & all the babes he lust over.

I wanna see Greg & Rose.

I wanna see sci-fi shipping.

I wanna see OCs with whoever and whatever.

I wanna hear a Klingon or Na’vi singing about falling for a human (an alien to them), even if new words have to be invented for the song.

I know the originally the song is about falling for a foreigner, but that’s both boring and a bit distasteful. Much prefer the interpretation that it’s someone falling for an EXTRATERRESTRIAL, which is the song’s namesake and refers to anything not from Earth.

Could do it myself, but I don’t have video editing software on my outdated chromebook and my hp laptop (which is also outdated) takes nearly an hour to become somewhat functional when it’s turned on before trying to update (which it can’t). Could translate the song into Klingon or Na’vi, kinda wanna do that despite not knowing either languages. Not saying I’ll do that or not, but I’ll keep it in mind if someone else who actually knows the languages doesn’t do it first.

Techhnosexual/Robosexual flag that I made several years ago. Made this flag because I was working on a sci-fi and wanted a flag for people attracted to robots but felt the flags I found online lack symbolism, since I couldn’t find any explanation for the colors they used.

Flag’s Design

The flag is a vertical pencolor with a chief and a base.

Red, represents blood and all things biotic.

Black, represents oil and all things abiotic.

White, represents software and AIs.

Blue, represents holograms and avatars.

Dark grey, represents hardware and machines.

Pink, represents androids and lifelike machines.

Light grey, represents cyborgs and cybernetics.

The overall design somewhat resembles a TV error screen, which was unintentional but I feel it helps to make the flag better fit the theme of technology without needing to add anything else to a frankly busy design.

What is Technosexual/Robosexual

For those who don’t know, technosexuality is a paraphilia towards pieces of technology and robosexuality is a subset of technosexuality specifically towards robots. The “-sexual” part of the word is to differentiate it from technophiles, who are people with a strong interest in technology. Some technophiles are technosexuals. Some technosexuals are not technophiles.

Technosexual Characters

Plankton from SpongeBob SquarePants and Sheldon from My Life as a Teenage Robot are two fictional examples of technosexuals. The Governor of Hong Kong from the Love, Death & Robots episode “Good Hunting” is another, more twisted example of a technosexual. In the video games Saint Row IV and Fallout: New Vegas the player can choose to have relations with a robot, the robots in question being CID and Fisto respectively.

Elongated limbs & curving spines due to microgravity. Enlarged heads due to microgravity. Enlarged eyes due to the lack of light. Darkened skin due to radiation. Weakened jaws due to primarily eating food-paste. Small pointed ears with attached lobes due to lack of genetic diversity. Hairless bodies due to increased temperatures (a result of their vessels being heated from the outside by radiation and from the inside by trapped body heat). Their culture doesn’t demonize nudity due to increased temperature, lack of resources to make clothes, and a close-knit community.

Read 12 or 13 chapters of “Human Domestication Guide” by GlitchyRobo the other day and love it. Gonna read more of it. Maybe read some fanfics. Would gladly be a floret.

Ever since I watched the Steven Universe episode “The Zoo”, I’ve been fine with being in an alien zoo. Seeing those zoomen having no fears, no concerns, not even a concept of pain. It got me a bit jealous, especially when the amethysts came in to calm them down from their mass heartbreak.

Despite the events in the film “Fantastic Planet”, I thought it would be nice to be one of those giant blue alien’s pet if there were laws to keep me safe from abuse and neglect. The little girl in the film seemed to cared for her human, unlike her peers.

I am autistic, diabetic, and agoraphobic with hypertension, sensory processing disorder, and generalized anxiety. Legally, I already can’t care for myself or others. I’d welcome an affini to take me in and care for me.
