  Veigar extends his hand, and his palm is his ultimatum magnifico; pure, concentrated matter, twisting in his hand like the arcane ouroboros, power to rival the aspects of targon, potential that dwarfed existence.

riot: but what if veigar was redeemable?

  the arcane torrent was a complicated source of interest for veigar. while their origins were similar in merit, what stood before him was a being of pure, unfathomable power; this form he could consider to be no less than a god. he couldn’t deny how valuable this xerath would be as an ally, and any fool could see the overwhelming destruction that would come in the wake of their combined force. 

but veigar didn’t work well in a team. there would’t need to be any combined effort if the power was his. 

his arrival is punctuated in dramatic flair as he taps the staff of runeterror against the cavern’s obsidian floors. the minuscule magnifico stands unflinching against literal waves of arcane power and magicka pushing against his figure, whirling about the cave in a screaming breeze, the final ascendant’s mere presence threatening to collapse the black mountain itself. 

      “ through no small effort i have finally found you, titan of osiris. your power is no camouflage, it is a beacon. “
