Makoto blinked once or twice, staring down at Max as if he just caused a major natural disaster and Blamed him. He was expecting a simple yes or no answer, as anyone would. But to be faced with what sounds like an insane rambling you'd hear from a horror movie? Well that certainly wasn't what he was expecting!

Makoto parted his lips, before closing them yet again, as if figuring out what to say - what can he say!? 'Ooh that's actually so true!' - he absolutely will not say that. Not because he doesn't change his personality based on who he's around, but because he doesn't want to feed into whatever this is...Nor does that sound like something he'd say. He eventually took a deep breath, soon speaking up finally.
