It's incredible to me how after almost nine years there are still very few people who try to draw the characters as actually looking like Thomas. "Here's my Thomas Sanders fanart!" well actually that's a generic anime twink but it's a very nice drawing nonetheless.

Finally finished this one after thinking about it for a while and wringing my hands over a reference photo. I think it turned out well! Really, I think all the sides (light or dark) need a good nap. Let’s hope Thomas lets all of our boys relax. 💜

GUYS i just thought of something really really angsty.

so we know that roman’s the ego and hence he’s affected heavily by feed back from the other sides and esp thomas. BUT what if as the ego, his own perception of himself influences how thomas sees himself and hence how the other sides treat roman.

like what if roman having self esteem ends up making the other sides grow meaner and colder to roman which then just feeds into itself. and roman knows what’s going on but thinks he deserves it.

Anyway, I find Roman and Logan's dynamic very fascinating. You can tell they do care about the other's opinions and respect the other, even if they don't wanna always say it. I just always wonder how Logan felt about the career shift. Does he resent Roman for it? Despite the fact I’m sure he was always aware that Thomas was always a creative type. He knew it was coming, but that college degree gave him hope of Thomas pursuing this logical side of himself. Until, it didn’t.
