Hey fam, friendly reminder that if you’re dealing with anxiety or depression, now’s not the time to give up!  If you’re looking for a sign, then here it is. Please, be kind to yourself. Take care of your body, eat something, drink something, take that shower and take your meds, if you have access to them. Don’t say mean things to yourself, don’t put yourself down or entertain thoughts of self-harm. 

You are wonderful, you are precious, you are worthy of love. Maybe it’s hard to believe, maybe it sounds impossible, but I promise you it’s true.

I know it’s hard. I know it all too well. I cried yesterday because of the weight of everything–but it’s okay. It’s okay to not be fine, just know that one day it will get better.

Happy "Valentines Day"

I wanted to say Happy Valentines day to my followers, and anyone else out there who might see this.

Even if yoy DON'T have a significant other, it doesn't mean it has to be a BAD day for you. Think of what options you have. Do you have family available? Any friends in the area? Make plans with them if so. Have a night out. Or maybe a movie night at home? Dress yourself up, and treat yourself! You deserve to! Have a hobby? Perfect it! Work on that!

My point is, a relationship is amazing. But if you aren't currently in one, does NOT mean your life is worth any less....your person will come..soon enough. In the mean time, enjoy your friends, family, and most of all, enjoy the face that you are here! You are needed!
