Voltron Drag Queens: Lance Mcclain - AKA Glitter Lust

//Well, here come the drag personas nobody asked for… I’m very excited about this.//

What’s her type of drag? Glitter Lust is a cross between a Pageant Queen and an Instagram Queen.

What’s her fashion & makeup style? She’s a true Pageant Queen in many ways; she loves gowns with lots of glitter and sparkle. She could add rhinestones to anything! If it’s shiny, she has to have it! Her makeup reflects this too, always using sparkles and bold colours, but her makeup puts her under an Instagram Queen label because she always has very dramatic and artsy looks - generally, her eyeshadow and highlights are always perfect.

Drag style icons? Kim Chi, because the things she can do with makeup are outstanding! Naomi Smalls, because she always looks absolutely perfect and her looks are to die for. Gia Gunn, because she’s so damn beautiful.

How brutal are your reads? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 She’s great at reading people. She never goes for any topic she deems too sensitive but she’ll always find something interesting to expose. She especially likes to read other queens on their makeup.

How well do you take reads? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 She takes things to heart very quickly and anything said about her is taken in a very literal way, but you’d never know because she keeps it all very locked up. 

How confident do you act? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

How confident are you really? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

Biggest insecurity? She’s young and inexperienced, so she often puts herself below other Queens who’ve been playing the game longer.

Favourite part of drag? The dresses make her feel elegant and she loves that. There’s something about being covered in glitter that makes her feel special, and the attention is her life source.

Favourite Drag Queen? Honestly, she loves Bianca Del Rio because she is hilarious and her makeup is fierce. 

Favourite look on drag race? Besides the obviously iconic looks… She does love Adore’s Glitterball look. She also loves Bendelacreme’s Glitterball look! And Gia Gunn’s entrance look was stellar! 

Least favourite look on drag race? She absolutely hated Cynthia Lee Fontaine’s Roller Girl look because those shorts were so tacky… She generally dislikes anything with coloured fishnets anyways.

Voltron Drag Queens: Keith Kogane - AKA Smokey Aileen

What’s her type of drag? She’s a Fishy Queen, but she’s also an Instagram Queen.

What’s her fashion & makeup style? Big, bold, dark smokey eyes are her trademark. Her style is almost slightly gothic, and she’s very fishy. In drag, she looks like a real woman and it’s hard the believe otherwise. Generally, her eyes are the main focus of her looks and she chooses to go lighter on everything else and loves nude lip colours.

Drag style icons? She loves Adore Delano’s looks because they’re very edgy and still beautiful. She also likes some aspects of Sasha Velour’s style, and maybe Acid Betty… Naomi Smalls and Gia Gunn are style icons, but only because they’re so fishy.

How brutal are your reads? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 She can read like nobody else. She’s very harsh and isn’t afraid to say anything, no matter how sensitive the topic. She’s made people cry.

How well do you take reads? 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Generally, she doesn’t really care what people think of her. Sometimes if a read is too close to home, she’ll be a bit upset for a while… But she works through things in her own ways.

Biggest insecurity? She’s often worried that she’s a bit too mean… She’s also not very good at controlling her anger and stress levels. She generally wishes she was a bit nicer to other Queens and had more friends.

Favourite part of drag? It’s a confidence booster and makes her feel more at home in her skin. She also likes that she’s good at what she’s doing.

Favourite Drag Queen? Though they have very different styles, she loves Bob the Drag Queen because she’s had such an influence in the LGBTQ+ world and she never failed to serve the best looks. She also really likes Adore Delano and Chad Micheals.

Favourite look on drag race? Violet Chachki’s Death Becomes Her look… It was so beautiful and dark and just… She loved it.

Least favourite look on drag race? She hated Violet Chachki’s Bearded look because it just… didn’t work. She hated it so much. Honestly, the idea of Queens wearing beards just makes her mad anyways.

Shatt proposal headcanons…

• Shiro and Matt both made plans to propose the same night without knowing

• Pidge totally knew and said nothing

• Shiro was the first to ask Matt to dinner

• Matt chose where they went

• The night comes; they’re at a super fancy restaurant, both in fancy attire

• Pidge is at a separate table because Shiro wanted her there to take pictures and celebrate with her brother

• Keith is at a separate table because Matt wanted him there to take pictures and celebrate with his brother

• Dinner is filled with their usual activity

• Matt loves throwing small bits of food at Shiro to embarrass him in public

• Shiro loves playing footsies under the table because it makes Matt’s face turn red

• After dinner, Shiro decides it’s time

• He gets down on one knee and Matt immediately knows what’s about to happen

• He very quickly gets on one knee and shOUTS HIS PROPASAL before Shiro can

• Awkward silence in restaurant

• Pidge fucking dies of laughter in the distance

• Shiro stares at Matt, Matt stares at Shiro…

• They both start laughing until they’re crying and hugging and nodding

• “I wanted to ask first! I was going to ask after dessert and you ruined my plans it was going to be so romantic you asshole I can’t believe you-”

• And the two nerds got married and lived happily ever after The End

Klance Proposal Headcannon...

Lance had always said he wanted to get married and have a big family just like his mama

So Keith was surprised enough when Lance had asked him out

But after a few years of dating Keith still hadn’t heard the topic come up

Lance hadn’t even mentioned getting married

Keith sometimes wondered if Lance didn’t want to marry a freak like him

So Keith decided he would ask

He planned the entire thing

With Shiro’s guidance 

A night full of things Lance loved!

Starting with a meal made by Hunk full of Lances favourite foods

Lance loved it, despite the weird combination of foods

Garlic knots, mint ice cream, strawberries, pizza, and red space goo

Next came video games

Lance started to get suspicious when Keith let him pick all the games, but didn’t question it

Lance won all the games

“I let you win, Lance.” “No! I’m just better at these games then you are!”

Finally… Star gazing

The built a fort of pillows and blankets right in front of one of the castles largest windows and just watched the universe pass by

Keith was quiet 

He didn’t know how to ask

Lance finally broke the silence

“So… What’s the occasion?”

Keith’s answer was immediate

“Let’s get married.”

There was a long silence. Keith didn’t look at Lance, too scared of rejection

Lance was shocked, staring open-mouthed at Keith 

Honestly, this had to be a joke, right? Did Keith actually ask that?!

Finally, Lance answered

“Okay.”

“Okay?”

“Okay… Let’s get married.”

Keith finally looked at Lance and they both started crying instantly

They cuddled for the rest of the night and told everyone the news later

They had 2 weddings, a small one on the castle with just their fellow paladins and Alteans Coran officiated it and larger one when they returned to Earth and invited all of Lances family 

And they lived happily ever after, The End

Paladins New Years Resolutions

Hunk: He would definitely want to work out more in the new year - not really to lose weight, but to get stronger. He’s already a powerhouse… But there’s nothing wrong with the extra help!

Pidge: She’d want to get more sleep! She’s always up so late working that she eventually passes out for hours, causing less productivity. More sleep would be a good idea for her.

Lance: He’d want to study strategy more. He wants to be able to help as much as possible during missions, so understanding more strategy can’t hurt (although he’s already an excellent strategist). 

Keith: He doesn’t usually have resolutions for the new year… He generally likes improving in all aspects of his life whenever possible, so there’s no point in picking something specifically, however, he wouldn’t mind becoming more comfortable in casual conversation.

Shiro: He’d want to make sure he’s checking in with the other paladins more often to see how they are both emotionally and physically - he doesn’t want his team losing strength or moral.
