protein + veggies first carbs last
no eating 3 hours b4 bed
magnesium pills b4 bed
cut the 1 bite snacking eat a meal or dont
don’t overeat anything
balance
watch portions
carbs are a side not a meal
protein veggies first carbs last
Pilates after carbs don’t store them
SWIMMING
it’s the amount u eat not what u eat
weight loss isn’t abt suffering its abt structure
protein shakes for breakfast helps manage portions + prevents overeating + feel good
adjust based on your personal goals
have a PLAN
it’s discipline, routine, and self control
water, electrolytes, unsweetened tea, coffee
sweet treat every now and then
skinni girl activities <3
Go to museums, go walking, workout, any activity that doesn’t include food and preferably includes walking
prioritize sleep

It hurts.
It hurts to not have any pictures of yourself because you would rather die than have your bloated face and fat body show on camera.
It hurts to be the fattest of your friend group.
It hurts to feel others say “omg hihi i forgot my lunch at home im so silly” when you want to rip your skin off from how hungry you are.
It hurts to chug down a gallon of water every hour to prevent your body from realizing it’s hungry.
It hurts to walk in a grocery store and walk past the sweets and force yourself to not buy any, and replace all of your food with fucking celery. I hate celery.
When something hurts, you go to the doctor. They give you medicine to heal you.
Restriction is the medicine.
When you’re skinny, it won’t hurt anymore.
