This is the Final Interest Survey we are doing for the Final Fantasy XIV Zine Project!! It is here we are officially determining the theme, as well as the zine’s possible formatting and merchandise! With the data we receive, we will be able to determine a good estimate on artists, writers, and buyers, so the more participants we have the better! 

You can find the application forms here!

Please note the applications will close on January 24th, 12:00am PST / 3:00am EST, which means you have two weeks to get everything in! After that, the mods will review the data and release the Artist and Writer Application Forms!

Hello Everyone! I don’t want to go into too much details, but due to a family member being hospitalized, Mod Acceptance letters will maybe go out tonight or tomorrow (when my laptop has better wifi basically)... I’m so sorry for the hectic schedule and how all over the place I seem to be, but hopefully once I have the mods with me you’ll see a more smoother process as it’s a bit hard to run the show when all these RL events keep happening!! I thank you all so much for putting up with this, and I promise I’ll do my best when I get the mods on board!!

Hello everyone!! I’m so, SO sorry for not making any posts whatsoever. Holiday season has been knocking me dead with overtime at work and family... As such, Mod Applications will probably remain open until AFTER Christmas, more specifically they will close on December 26th, 12am PST. (By then, all my family will have gone home and my work should be back to normal thankfully haha) Again, I’m so, so sorry for the radio silence and lack of communication. I didn’t think I’d get this busy, and as the sole owner of the Tumblr/Twitter, I just haven’t had time to do anything. I’m so, so so sorry everyone ;;

First off, I’m so, so super sorry for the radio silence. The weekend caught me by surprise and I became so busy I didn’t have time to get on and check anything. Gotta love the holiday season!! (sobs)

Oh my gosh! I just woke up and the Twitter/Discord server post didn’t go up, I’m so sorry! I thought I had it scheduled to go up after the mod applications post go out but there’s nothing in my queue anymore, meaning it got deleted somehow...? (good old tumblr)

will mods also be able to contribute to the zine?

Hello! I‘m going to assume you mean this as “can the mods have artwork/writings in the zine as well”.

The answer is a no, unless the mod applies as an artist/writer as well (though I don’t reccomend it as preperation for the zine itself is so much work!) and a seperate mod evaluates said application, and only if they deem it good for the zine, could a mod possibly participate in the zine. It wouldn’t be fair for the artists/writers who are applying if a mod got in simply for being a mod!
