I’m losing my mind trying to find a fic so I hope you’re able to help me 😭 it’s on AO3 and multi chapters (I don’t think it was finished when I was reading it) and it was a royalty AU. Harry’s dad the king dies so Lily the queen marries Duke Tom (who I think might have been James’ brother?) but he’s super obsessed and possessive and only interested in Harry. I can’t really remember much else unfortunately 😭 I think Harry sat next to Cedric at the wedding reception/ coronation dinner and Tom asked Harry to dance. Sorry that’s so vague 😭

Hi! First off, thank you so much for what you do- it’s super fucking cool, to put it lightly. I remember this fic pretty well but I’m struggling to find it. It’s on ao3, and it’s set in medieval times- magic is still there but it’s not like in canon. Harry is a wizard and gets kidnapped and Tom is the dragon that’s bound to guarding the tower in which Harry gets locked up. Tom’s dragon form is called voldemort and is pretty infamous. Eventually Harry breaks whatever bond is holding him and Tom there and wakes up away from the tower. Then Tom shows up in human form and doesn’t tell Harry that he’s the dragon that was protecting Harry because he’s courting Harry and in dragon courting rituals the human is supposed to correctly guess who the dragon is. Harry guesses in like a week and then takes him to the Weasleys where Charlie has a complete meltdown over Harry dating scary dragon voldemort

I read this fic a while ago and I'm sure it was completed. It revolved around voldemort kind of getting a hold of Harry and Harry just using his time captured to not being the boy who lived and he starts really connecting with V. A scene I can provide for you is when Harry wakes after being taken he's in a kind of garden house filled with snakes and he's laying in a bed- V's bed. And another is when Hermione and Ron find him Harry tells them to go without him and they do and he just goes back to V and now V is really worried about him leaving bc Harry really could if he wanted too. Hi! I'm looking for a fic which for some reason I can't find with the tags on ao3. The fic is about Harry travelling back in time (I don't know if it was intentional or not) to the age when Tom Riddle hadn't started attending Hogwarts yet. It is a long fic, not just chapter but also word-wise. It was a Tomarry tag, but I think after many many many chapters their relationship didn't develop to the lover stage. Harry raised Tom well, and Tom indeed made closer friends in Hogwarts. So he wasn't just using people. A distinct thing I remember is that Orion Black was obsessed with Harry, he was a real psycho renting boys and transfiguring them into Harry, and in one scene he drowned one of those boys in the bathtub as a "foreplay". Orion also got Walburga killed (implied, with a parfume), but Walburga made Harry do an oath /sign an oath, that Harry would protect the Black children (?). But I know that Walburga told Harry how infatuated Orion is with him. Also, Harry's Ministry job was to write down events of History, that's why he met with Grindelwald too.
