From what I can tell you first cookies, when you were human witches live together as a covet, and all of you built a castle to live in since you can’t always live outside in cold (or even in a small camp). You first cookies probably built the castle since you also needed a place to store all of your food, tools, and books, as well as other things and to a have a place to bake things, including an oven. I am also guessing each witch (or first cookie) plays a crucial role in helping each other in the convent. First grain helps provide the crops and food for the coven to use to bake and to also eat so they won’t go hungry. First choco acts as the security or a guard of to prevent anything from hurting the coven, due to her experience as a warrior. First sprinkle act as the entertainer of the group since they live in the middle of nowhere and having nothing to do besides baking and learning magic, with her trying to entertain the coven when they’re bored with nothing to do. First egg acted as some sort of experimenter to test now new ingredients or magic for the coven to use (until she went rogue). First cream act as the leader to her coven, coordinating and instructing on what to do as well as guiding them when they need help.

Also where did you even get food to eat, since all of you live in the middle of nowhere? Although since first grain had power to grow crops, it’s possible that she grew food for all of you just so that none of you first cookies would starve.
