Ever wonder what your LIFE would be like if you  STOPPED wishing for something and just went for IT??? Well I finally did...I started with changing my lifestyle and stopped the Yo`Yo dieting and when the weight came off, I knew I had to keep pursuing my dream, which is helping others get healthy....started a FIT club A Team Xtreme and helped motivate ppl...then I started with the company that helped me lose 45 lbs. BEACHBODY!!!! I am now Paying it forward Everyday and helping End the Trend of Obesity...Starting up a Team of wonderful coaches and teaching them to be leaders as well....thinking of the chain reaction of me  helping someone...then they help someone and so on, makes this lifestyle...job... and passion that much sweeter <3
