so its been a while

suddenly i was just hit with the whole “i wonder how everyone will feel if i were to die. right now.”

would my ex best friend cry? would he be upset that the last conversation he and i had was him getting mad at me? would someone tell him that even though its been a year since we last talked as friends- i still love him? id run to him if he said to. would my percussion teacher replace my spot? would he put someone else on bass 3? would my band teachers look at my chair and remember all those stupid jokes ive said to them? would my chorus teacher look at the empty spot and realise how quiet everything is? would my brother take his clothes back? would my closest friend come to my house and steal my sweaters? would my parents miss the mediocre piano playing when they came home from work? would they still have reminders set to take me to and and from practices? would my band uniform still hang in the closet? would my mom return my trumpet and take out the mouth piece ive been using since freshman year and smile as she remembers how happy i was that i got a professional level mouth piece? would someone use my folder next year? would my wind ensemble teacher give out music one year and see my last name written on top of a part and all of my stupid notes?
