Sombra stroked and kissed her swollen tummy, smiling at his adorable lover. "Are you hungry? I can order one of the maids to get you something. Or if you want to have lunch with me today on the throne."

Broodie flipped over and sat upright on the throne. “Lunch with the King,” she said simply. It sounded like a delicious idea. “What will he eat?”

Broodie gives a happy front hoof-kick as she lay on her back, her belly swollen. She nibbled his ear and sniffed him over.

“Food?” she asked hungrily. She was in the throne room but not sitting on the throne properly. Rather she was lounging with her tail swishing happily as she waited for the King to return from his daily tasks.

The vampire alpha had only warned the Countess of Livid Lotus’ proclivity for slaying. Nothing more. “Some say her trainer once was renown for slaying vampyr.”

The pose was harder on this one. Horse legs aren’t meant to lean inward, but it made her look so much more shy and in character.

Leader of guild warns that she may be slain if she attends such events, as well as her dhampir foals. High risk. But to turn down such invitation is unkindness. Wish to bring peace between our families, Lotus and Edmond. You and Edmond’s past finally set to rest. Wish for this to be end to the pain. So Batsy wishes to attend, the whole family. Shycedes must promise to keep Lotus from harming Batsy and especially Batsy’s foals.”

Batsy stated plainly as she saw Shycedes. “Shycedes grows portly with happiness. She is well-fed by mate? Happy, yes?”

She was at least glad she and her twin were no longer so identical looking. She looked around Shycedes’ home in curiosity.

“Batsy will bring husband and foals to wedding but Shycedes must make promise to Batsy first.”
