Yes of course!! May I just say this is the coolest prompt for my first request thank you! (I also might have gotten slightly carried away I hope this was what you wanted haha!!)

* Ok first of all, Caspar would likely be the perfect person out of the whole monastery to have an autistic s/o, because of how straightforward his personality is

* True to this, he finally asked his s/o out by simply saying they were beautiful/handsome and he wanted to date them, nothing long and drawn out. And it was perfect

* (He definitely didn’t spend half a year sitting on their desk, asking them to lunch in the dinning hall, and making aBsOLutELy cErTaiN that he was their training partner in EVERY training session before finally realizing that they weren’t going to approach him, why would you think that?)

* S/o struggles to pick up on subtle social cues, and often feels out of place amount the nobles because of this, but as we well know Caspar doesn’t believe in frivolity and beating around the bush; he’s blunt and honest with what he says (although of course considerate), and he gives them sort of a safe place at the monastery

* Just the knowledge that he’s there to help them through any social situation is a million percent confidence booster

* If his s/o is someone who struggles academically, he would do his best to help them get their grades up. Staying up all night with them before a huge test, cramming with them at the expense of his own rest and performance? Sign him up please

* Alternatively, if his s/o is someone who excels in their studies, he is downright reverent of them. We love him, but he’s... more the action of the relationship shall we say. So their intelligence is the most attractive thing in the world to him. Especially if his s/o is an artist, he would appreciate the hell out of that shit. I’m talking hanging their art in every corner of the monastery, begging them to let him buy his favorite pieces while they blushingly refuse to accept any kind of payment, and quite literally shouting his love and admiration for them and their talent to anyone who will stand still and listen to him

* In the case of a meltdown, Caspar is almost as panicked as his s/o, but manages to keep himself calm because he realizes helping them calm down is first priority

* When they stop responding for a minute one day during training, and sink slowly to the ground and begin trembling because the heat, the noise, the people, and the debilitating frustration of the drill they can’t quite grasp today is just too much, Caspar ditches his work and makes a beeline for them

* His response to internal turmoil is physical affection, and he’d never be shy about showing it in front of other people. He gently rubs circles and stars on their back and speaks reassuringly until their breathing begins to slow back down

* He then helps them to their feet, shouts to Byleth that they’re taking the rest of the afternoon off, and leads them back to their room, because there’s no way he’s letting them over exert themselves mentally again today

* When they get there, he draws the curtains and opens the window so a breeze will come in. He runs (and I mean sprints) to the showers to get a rag and soak it in some cool water and then bring it back, because it’s hot outside for heaven’s sake and his s/o gets only the best treatment

* They while away the rest of the day and well into the night just sitting and holding each other, because Caspar dies without physical contact and his s/o loves how his hair is exactly the same color as the sky during winter, and they feel so content running their fingers through it, and seeing him jump a little when they twirl his curls a little too tight

* Long and short, Caspar is there for them through thick and thin, because he doesn’t pledge himself lightly and he pledged to them that he would be with them through every mood and every struggle, whether he understood or not
