With its ample boulevards and historic corridors laden with histories of struggle, South L.A.'s streets serve as a canvas for social-political artistic expression in one of the world's largest urban metropolises. Graffiti art, lowrider bike exhibits, live painting by Mobile Mural Lab, BMX trick demos, bike sculptures, photo booths, bike video projections, community organization outreach tables, Yucatecan/Oaxacan/Peruvian/Thai/American epicurean cuisine available from Mercado La Paloma's eateries.
