19 yr old needing assistance in the pdx/sea-tac area

so to make a long story short, i grew up in a very unstable house with my mother who put me through a lot of mental/emotional abuse which turned progressively more physical starting at age 12. fast forward to august 11, 2014 (i’d just turned 18 in may), i got on a bus from royal palm beach, fl

to go meet/live with my father for the first time. (we’d been communicating off and on online for ~1 year beforehand and he seemed very empathetic and wanting to help my situation) in kalama, wa

it was a 3 and a half day trip and all i could bring was a suitcase of clothes and a few personal effects a year later, i’ve come to the realization that i’ve gone from one abusive home to the next. i dont really want to go into detail bc i just got through experiencing a really shitty, scary situation that i dont particularly feel like reliving atm ;;

but if anyone wants, i can update this sometime with the gritty details if they need to know what im coming from

anyway, what im looking for is a place to stay. i’d highly prefer not to stay w people with penises (this is negotiable but would be highly investigated beforehand). i have a cat, so i’d really really like to be able to bring him. he’s really sweet, lazy boy, neutered, house trained, gr8 cat

i dont have a ton of money, but i have a bit saved up and would be looking for a job as soon as i arrived. i also do freelance art, although a less reliable current source of income

im also happy to provide house cleaning for hospitality.

DIY Aluminium Calligraphy Pen

You’ll need tape, scissors, knife, disposable chopsticks, empty aluminium can, stapler and ink.

Calligraphy Pen for Gothic: cut the aluminium into two pieces like above and tape it on chopstick, then Staple the aluminium.

Medium Point Calligraphy Pen: Fold a piece of aluminim, and cut it like picture above. Then tape it on chopstick.

Fine Point Calligraphy Pen: Fold a piece of aluminim, and cut it like picture above. Then tape it on chopstick.

Now enjoy it :)

Let’s get something straight. 1. I DO NOT do commission work for exposure 2. I DO NOT do commission work for people for followers as payment, my work should always speak for itself and people can CHOOSE to follow me if they enjoy it. 3. If I make free work, it’s my personal work or presents I decide to make for friends or people I’m a fan of because I WANT TO AND THAT’S IT. If you aren’t willing to pay for work people are doing for YOU, I don’t want your business. It says a lot about you as a person. I understand wanting a “deal” but there’s a difference between fair prices and outright cheating someone out of their LIVING. Sorry I’m so mad everyone. :( I didn’t think I was being THAT rude in my message. EDIT: kinomatika brought up a good point. Minimum wage in most states averages between 7-8 dollars for ONE HOUR of work (most of the time before tax) and this project he was describing in his original message (not pictured) was at least 12+ hours for me. Assuming it took me exactly 12 hours, I would be working for EIGHTY THREE CENTS. ($0.83) PER HOUR. JFC
