Cocoa oatmeal with: stevia-sweetened chocolate 🍫 cherries🍒 mulberries cassis hazelnuts flax, hemp and pumpkin seeds! (340) I made this a bit more indulgent than usual but it was so good! And full of bits my favorite toppings!

Lemon poppy seed oatmeal! Tastes just like a slice of cake ^^ Half of the bowl is oats with flax seeds, lemon zest and stevia; the other half is plain Bulgarian yogurt with lemon juice, lemon zest, stevia and turmeric to color it yellow. 🍋💛 Topped w/ walnut, organic honey from my beekeeper uncle and of course, poppy seeds ^^

Not photogenic? Sorry. It’s ture that this picture doesn’t live up to the amazing taste of this Peaches & Cream oatmeal... with no cream! 🍑 I cooked oats and flax seeds with some peaches, cinnamon, vanilla and stevia. Then I stirred them with 50g non-fat quark - a creamy, thick and rich low-cal protein source, along with more peaches, cinnamon and a teaspoon and a half of organic honey!  🍯 🍯 🍯 
There’s loads of controversy whether or not honey is good for you. Personally, I think that a honey in small quantity could have amazing benefits! Plus, it adds natural aroma and sweetness that compliments the ingredients very well <3

The perfect summer salad! Can you imagine that a big bowl of this is only 80kcal 😨 But it's so filling and perfect if you're doing high-carb! I used ca. 110g raw white cabbage, a big tomato, one small sliced cucumber (the type you use for pickles) and a tablespoon of corn. Then i added salt and sprinkled fresh dill on top! 🌽🍅 Personally i'm not a fan of any dressings like oil, vinegar or whatever, so i had it plain. But feel free to top this with whatever dressing you'd like ^^

What better way to enjoy July than some nice cream? A perfect low-calorie treat for a full bowl! I used a 108g frozen banana and 130g frozen raspberries from our countryside garden. Plain but refreshing! ^^🍇🍌

Overnight oats with unsweetened vanilla Bulgarian yogurt, stevia, flaxseed, small pieces of chopped walnuts, lemon rind and raspberries! It truly felt like an indulgence ^^

Oats and flaxseeds, left overnight under 2% plain Bulgarian yogurt with stevia and topped with cherries, red mulberries, apricot and chopped walnuts for the additional crunch!
