This sweet boy yelled it after me and continued to say it for a good two minutes while 😂 laughing... He thinks he’s so funny.. he makes me laugh and is a joy to spend time with. Volunteer opportunities are served wholeheartedly when you believe in the institution or cause😘. With that said...don’t assume anything from communication except the words stated...avoid casting blame on others if you want their continued support... Anyone in such an organization should think 🤔 before they communicate while being considerate of how others may interpret their words (written and spoken). Especially when you don’t have all the facts or are responding to a communication that requests info only to make a decision. Be ethical... considerate...kind... think before you speak considering all perspectives... 😤🤐🤔. Always be kind, Never accusatory (runs off good volunteers). Good leaders know the difference🤔. Happy Birthday America! This photo reminds me of when I was a kid... Every 4th of July my cousins, sisters and I would put on these satin majority outfits (spandex was the future😂) to prepare for our parade twirling debut (under the age of 10). Mom would also have all these flags like those in the picture and each of us would place them along the sidewalk leading to the front door of our house when we lived in Milwaukee. After the parade we all would go to a carnival on the way to East Troy to watch fireworks and spend the day on the dairy farm of my parents friends and their kids. It amazes me how some live in this altered world 🌎 where rules don’t apply to them... after a while they begin to believe their own lies living in an altered state of reality...often deceiving others providing misinformation or misconstruing information for personal benefit... or taking credit for others accomplishments to promote themselves... It’s unfortunate and sad because deep inside these people aren’t truly confident or happy... They rely on others to boost their self-esteem... instead of being able to be grateful, and choose happiness in life... When you give a 2 year old a hose... Windows, doors, furniture and you get soaked... He had a great time...
