Being happy with how you look because you’re finally perfect
Having automatically portion control
Actually get much better mentally
Looking good in everything
Having BMI lower than 17.0
Having a thigh gap and a 22 inch waist
Visible bones
People saying you’re perfect mantaining weight after weightloss
Never bingeing again
Becoming normal because you’re biggest problem (being fat) is gone
People say how you’re so small and u should eat more
Actually being happy when someone insults you because it’s not “you’re so fat” but “you’re so skinny”
Being more social and confident because you’re beatifull
Feeling more proud than ever because you did it
You don’t have to have anxiety and feeling shame when a skinny girl walks by you
Getting a boyfriend and end friendships with fake people (bc they will be mad that you’re prettier than them)
Having clear skin, white teeth and 0 cellulite thanks to not eating trashy food
Getting to sell all your ugly clothes (because they’re too big for u anyways) and getting pretty new ones
Getting healthy and not gaining any weight
Being naturally much better at sports and enjoy them
Eating whatever you want because you know that you will not gain weight simply because you have self control, portion control and you’re able to burn it all out due to reasons above
Enjoying life for once
Your parents being proud that they have such beautifull, smart, talented and athletic daughter

Myślałam o założeniu serwera na Discordzie, którego tematyka to zwykle pogawędki, rozmawianie o problemach itd.
Ale żebym zrobiła serwer muszę wiedzieć, kto chciałby dołączyć. Jeśli zbiorę grupę przynajmniej 10-osobową (zgłoszenia na pv) to jestem w stanie zrobić serwer, jeśli to się nie przyjmie to niestety serwer nie powstanie.

Think you eat too much to have a problem?
Many active people (women included) eat 3000+ calories a day and stay plenty lean.
The recommended daily calorie intake is 2000 for women and 2500 for men.
The recommended daily calorie intake for weight loss is 1500 for women and 2000 for men.
A 5-year-old needs about 1400 calories or more every day.
The minimum daily calorie intake for a long-term diet without medical supervision is 1200 for women and 1800 for men. Eating less than that eventually leads to starvation mode (a real–yes, real–state of biological stress characterized by decreased metabolism, increased cortisol production, and heart, brain, organ, bone, and muscle damage).
A 2-year-old needs about 1000 calories or more every day.
Most people can’t even imagine eating 1000 calories in a day. You’ll get 1,357 Google results if you search for the exact phrase “1000 calories is way too low” or “1000 calories is way too little”…but you’ll get even more results if you Google the same phrases for 1200 calories, because few people consider dipping below 1200.
A 3-digit daily calorie intake puts you at high risk for binge-eating, slowed metabolism, bone and muscle loss, nutritional deficiencies, gastrointestinal issues, infertility, hair loss, mood swings, and depression. Oh–and sudden death.
900 calories is less than what a completely sedentary, 5'0", 80 lb, 70-year-old woman burns daily (keeping in mind that your metabolism slows with age).
A very low calorie diet, also known as a starvation diet, is 800 calories a day or less. It is prescribed by doctors to obesity patients who need to lose weight quickly, is specially formulated to be nutritionally complete, and is monitored by medical professionals to prevent sudden cardiac arrest and death. It is considered an extreme diet.
600 calories a day or less is literal starvation.
500 calories is less than the daily calorie needs of the average 1-month-old.
400 calories is less than the daily calorie needs of the average newborn.

Most thinspo/Ana blogs on tumblr are not pro Ana. No one is interested in encouraging others to develop a seriously fucked up and dangerous eating disorder. Blogs that post thinspo pics are usually run by teenagers/young adults who are going through hell and would be starving themselves anyway. By reporting and shutting down those blogs, you take away people’s safe spaces, their outlets, and their community. You are helping no one. No one gets an eating disorder because they saw someone on tumblr post a picture of someone thin. You’re not being noble, you’re not saving anyone, you’re being rude and taking something away from someone who already has nothing. If someone gets their thinspo blog deleted, they’re not going to be like “oh well, gonna eat normally now and be totally healthy, cool”. They make a new one and hate you. My blog is for no one else. It is for me. If I couldn’t have it, I would be sad because I wouldn’t have a community and a way to find people going through the same thing, but I would still have an eating disorder and I would just make a new blog. The last thing anyone wants is to help someone else develop a mental illness. Tumblr doesn’t have an option to make your blog private. Stop shutting people down for having an outlet. Most of us have 3 followers anyway.

What to do when you have cravings?
Cravings are the worst, but since we’re all basically starving ourselfes, we can’t avoid them. Our bodies just trying to get nutriens and enegry, it’s afraid to die. So I got a few things that helps me stay on track and don’t binge ^^
Distract yourself (play a game, draw, workout, whatever makes you stop thinking about food)
Drink coffe, tea or water. But don’t add any sweeteners/cream!! It’ll only make your cravings worse.
Brush your teeth. Not only that you’ll don’t actually don’t really want to eat when you eat the taste will be horrible.
Reverse thinspo. Regular thinspo sometimes doesn’t work. Reverse thinspo is like magic. Belly fat, cellulite, fat hands - whatever is the most disgusting to you
Body check/weight yourself. Sometimes you forget how fat you are, and how far you are from your gw/ugw.
Read horrible facts about food and disgusting pictures of food. Or just disgusting things. Or things that happens after huge binges.
Get ana vibes. What do I mean? Whatever makes you think about anorexia. Ana songs, ana quotes.
Think of other things that will get hurt besides your progress. Teeth, acne, bloating, insuline, heart and overall health. Do you really want to make it worse? Even if you purge, it doesn’t change anything about it.
Breathe deeply. Calm yourself, relax. Do things that give you more satisfaction than eating. Mine’s are: taking a hot bath, drinking coffe, practice contortion, sleep.
If none of these work, then eat. If you’re on really low limits or fast for a long time It’s time to eat. You have to eat at least a little bit. Even if it’s over your limit. You can make it up tommorow.
How to do it right?
Get safe foods for example: pickles, grapes, lettuce, sugar free jellos or even cottage chese/ jogurt if you fasted for 2 days+
Eat is in control. Breathe while eating. You can actually lose control and binge so breathe and chew slowly.
After you’re done you can try some of the methods again.
Remember that you will binge multiple times more in your life and after long time of not bingeing it’s okay to binge eat, it will not ruin all your progress❤️

About a week ago I posted this.
I’ve been getting horrible messages like this in my ask for months, including:

After getting the message saying “Just go kill yourself” I was completely done dealing with this person’s horrible messages and replied with just an “Okay.” and logged off tumblr.
About a week later I logged back on with 17 messages in my ask, most of them from the anon. I scrolled down and at first when I logged off, the anon messaged me things like

I scrolled up more and all of a sudden they started sending me more and more messages like

This was extremely surprising to me. I thought “After all those horrible messages you sent to me for MONTHS about hating me and wanting me dead, you say ‘sorry’ and that you ‘cant be responsible for someone’s suicide’?”
But I guess the lesson goes like this:
DONT TELL ANYONE TO KILL THEMSELVES UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR WHAT MIGHT ACTUALLY HAPPEN
