After spending over 15 hours in the Battlefield 6 beta, I’m genuinely impressed. The return of classic classes, gorgeous and destructible maps, intense chaos on the battlefield, and smooth performance make it feel like a true return to form for the series. While weapon feedback could use more punch and TTK feels a bit too fast at times, the overall experience is pure fun. On PC, the game runs flawlessly at high FPS, and on console it stays rock-solid at 60. If DICE and EA avoid over-the-top skins and keep the military vibe, this could be the Battlefield fans have been waiting for.

Mafia II is a story-driven action game set in the meticulously recreated city of Empire Bay during the 1940s and 1950s. Following the life of Vito Scaletta — an Italian-American immigrant caught between poverty, loyalty, and organized crime — the game delivers a dark, mature narrative about the price of power. With a rich atmosphere, cinematic missions, period-authentic music, and unforgettable characters, Mafia II remains one of the most immersive gangster stories in gaming history.

After years of distance, I gave Assassin’s Creed Unity a second chance—and it completely won me over. From Arno’s emotional journey through revolutionary Paris to the refined parkour, combat, and mission structure, Unity proved to be a hidden gem worth rediscovering. Its world, its depth, and even the sadly underused co-op left a lasting impression.

Rediscovering Assassin’s Creed Rogue – Through the Eyes of a Templar
Slowly working my way back through the entire Assassin’s Creed series — and this time, I finally gave Rogue the attention it deserves. When it launched alongside Unity, I chose revolutionary Paris over the North Atlantic, and completely missed Shay Cormac’s story. But now? I’m about to platinum the game and I’m honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed it.
Rogue offers a unique perspective: you play as a former Assassin who defects to the Templars, driven by guilt, conviction, and purpose. The story is surprisingly emotional and adds depth to events from AC3, Black Flag, and even Unity. It’s not perfect — the campaign feels a bit short, and some systems are reused — but the atmosphere, naval combat, and world design make it a journey worth taking.
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to see the Assassin/Templar conflict from the “other side,” Rogue delivers. Full impressions and screenshots are up on the blog now.
“To serve in the name of the Templar Order... until death — whatever the cost. This is my new creed. I am Shay Patrick Cormac.” — Assassin’s Creed Rogue

The Last of Us Part II left a huge impression on me. It's truly one of the best and most beautiful games I've ever played. The stunning visuals, powerful storytelling, and emotional depth created an unforgettable experience. It’s the kind of game that stays with you long after the credits roll.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl – back to the legendary world
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is an absolute gem in today’s gaming world, taking us back to the Zone to face its dark secrets once again. The game is already out, and it’s truly impressive at every turn. As a huge fan of the original trilogy, I couldn’t wait to dive back into the post-apocalyptic world I loved in Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear Sky, and Call of Pripyat.
The developers at GSC Game World didn’t disappoint – S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 brings everything we love about the series: an open world, an amazing atmosphere, and a non-linear story. Thanks to the Unreal Engine 5, the graphics are stunning – from the realistic details to the dynamic weather changes that actually affect gameplay.
The story is a real treat for fans, with plenty of choices that have a real impact on the ending. After completing the main story, I felt that every action I took mattered, and the side quests only add to the experience. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is a game that truly deserves to be one of the best in its genre – the perfect mix of action, survival, and exploration.

Monster Hunter Wilds is a bold evolution of the series, combining dynamic combat, a vast open world, and immersive environmental mechanics. The game's richly detailed biomes, from scorching deserts to lush forests, create an unparalleled hunting experience. The introduction of new mechanics like the wound system and Seikret mount adds fresh tactical depth to each encounter. While some players may miss the tracking system from Monster Hunter World, the overall improvements make Wilds a strong contender for the best entry in the franchise. With planned updates and future content, the game’s potential is only just beginning to unfold.

The landscapes in the Kingdom Come Deliverence are amazing. These are some of the most beautiful lands in the games, especially the amazing looking forests.

New World is both love and hate for me – I love what it could have been, but I can’t accept what it became. Although I spent 600 hours in the game and have great memories, its flaws eventually pushed me away. If the developers had listened to the community more, I might still be playing – but for me, the journey in Aeternum has come to an end.
What about you? Are you still playing, or have you left this world behind?
