Been raining like hell almost the entire weekend, so me and my wife has stayed indoors watching movies and other stuff..

I also broke the record in the gym lifting weights on a bench increasing with 5 kilos more so I am a happy man after all. I also said yes to detox/rehab and to start on methadone because they say I have to try it before trying to get Dolocontin which is what I want. It’s ridiculous that I have to go through all this bullshit but if it ends good I’m good.

I was supposed to go for a swim workout today but due to lack of people it got canceled but I went out to eat, socialised with people and had a good day despite the rain.

Tomorrow it’s back to my wife and our kitten so looking forward to that!

Now it’s just watching some stuff on youtube or netflix. The laundry is finally done.

I’ve told the doctor/system that I wanted to change medicine after 14 year of Subutex I tried Dolcontin again and I immediately felt better and stopped shooting Subutex mixed with two 1mg Xanax 4-5 times a day.

I felt free for once, finally. I’ve used Dolcontin illegally for almost 2 months now and I just spit out the Subutex because I don’t want it.

It gives me anxiety and a lot more problems I won’t mention here.

Today I could not get hold of Dolcontin but bought three 40mg Methadone pills for 200NOK each. A good bargain ‘cause it kept me going ti out it that way and I feel fine and so does my stomach.

Now I’m kinda in between what to choose. I want to choose the one that’s easiest to quit on because I want out of this prison (the government) , get my medicine from my doctor then quit eventually if I’m not too old. 44 years. Never too late though.

Today I lifted weights and had a good workout thanks to the good opportunities for people like us.

Had a good meal, met some friends, talked and yeah…

Now life is good, listening to some music on youtube but now I’m gonna watch some series on Netflix and just chill.

Beimg a drug addict is hard sometimes but if you manage to combine it with a "normal" life it’s ok. I don’t advice anyone.! I just tell the truth.

I have put myself in a prison because if I don’t get what I need in time, I fukked.

It might seem fun in the beginning and we don’t look like addicts. We never go out without a fix, but we are humans with feelings trying to live a normal life. So be kind to others. You don’t know the pain ,shame and others scars they might carry inside.

Today we woke up.. Had coffe with something special in it so the day turned out great. We played a lot, slept and kinda repeated the cycle all day. This is when we had a break.
