“Nice job, babe,” Carlos praises as he wraps TK in a hug. “You were amazing.”

TK shrugs as they separated. “Eh. I’m still a little rusty. I’ll get better throughout the season.”

Carlos rolls his eyes. “Well, I thought you were amazing. It was fun to watch a game that didn’t end with Owen Strand punching someone.”

TK laughs. “Hey, it’s not too late for that to still happen,” he argues and Carlos shakes his head with a smile. TK grows a little subdued as he looks over at his other teammates meeting up with their loved ones. “We’re going out to celebrate. Families are welcome. Do you wanna come or are you going back to work?”

It’s a fair assumption, but it still hurts to be asked that.

Whats’s your favorite Tarlos scene?

Oh, this is so hard to answer because there are so many good scenes!

The obvious answer is, of course, the proposal scene which I love because we see a disgruntled Carlos and TK happy and calm next to him. I love Carlos waking up so suddenly terrified of the lizard and I also love that it was TK who was the one to propose - I know others have said it, but it was so, so important that he be the one to do the proposing! It's beautiful and wonderful.

I also love the symmetry between the scene where TK gives Carlos an out if he has Huntington's and TK later telling Carlos it's okay that they are postponing the wedding following his dad's death. It's just *chef's kiss*

Bonus: The scene in the hospital where TK wakes up from hypothermia and tells Carlos "breathe baby" and Carlos lets out the breath he didn't know he was holding. That's one of my all time favorite scenes of the entire show!
