Guys are constantly searching for amazing pickup lines, but if you can use and interpret eye contact, you'll never need one. If a girl grins, looks down, or retains her eyes, you can approach her and ask, "Do you enjoy salad? " and it will probably lead to a really interesting conversation.

The best part is that it will boost your confidence. Like a feedback loop, confidence is contagious. More of what you have, more of what you communicate to others, and more of what they reflect back to you.

How to Get Your Ex-Girlfriend Back

if your ex still wants to be friends with you. If you have already freaked out, then apologize for your freakout and tell her you want to stay friends. If she is mad at you, then give her some space. Either way, that brings us to the next part.

Get Control Of Yourself And The Situation

Being needy and begging will not help you get your ex back. What is important is giving yourself and her space. If she contacts you, it is okay to talk to her; just be friendly and polite. In a relationship, it is almost always both parties who are somewhat at fault.

Apologize

An apology cannot include excuses for your behavior, nor can it include any blame toward your ex. When you apologize to her, it makes her feel heard and understood. The reason the apology works is that it is selfless and does not ask for anything. She will forgive you, though it might take her a while to fully forgive you.

You Must Change.

I initially attempted to "bargain" with my ex. I promised to fix this if we got back together if she agreed to change that. This was while I was still in a panic. Don't tell your ex you will change or beg her for anything. You must simply take action. If you make a change, she will know right away. particularly if it follows the apology. Her defenses will be down, and she'll find herself in a position where she starts to be amenable to reconciliation and begins to question if she should have ended things with you in the first place.

Take It Easy.

My worst error was committed right here. This led to my girlfriend and I having sex after I apologized and started to change. Even though she was still uneasy, I immediately viewed this as a win and declared that our relationship was back on track. We split up once more a few weeks later. After that, I kept attempting to make love with her, but all it did was push her away. Before I could persuade her to let down her guard and open up to me once more, I eventually had to start the process all over again, give her some space, make a new apology, and make some more changes.

You need to flirt with her. You can even tell her you still love her, as long as it isn't needy and connected to you asking for another chance. No matter what happens, you aren't back together until she feels it. Take things slowly, build up the attraction, and make her feel comfortable getting back with you. If I could, anybody can.
