This stranger does admittedly look a lot like Scott Pine, if that aids in identification attempts. I will admit I am at a loss when it comes to options. Owen seems to trust this individual based on his similarities to Scott Pine. I would ask for suggestions, but I know better than to trust the internet for reasonable advice in a situation like this.
