I know some of you may leave a comment saying “Both look good” Thank you. But, honestly at the age I am now, where I am mentally and spiritually, the Physique is just a plus. I feel and look better than I ever have before. I’m so grateful I never cheated myself on this journey. I always knew it would be a process.
