tips to overcome the binge urge.
~ take deep breath’s!
i know this tip may sound not that helpful (thats what i thought all the time) but it really helped me. Every time you feel the urge to binge go away from the room with the food and take deep breath’s so you can calm down.
~ hear music and dance !
this can distract yourself from your thoughts of eating.
~ run outside!
like literally if you think you can’t control yourself, just take your stuff and go outside so you cant have the option to binge.
~ count from 10 to 1!
this can help you to calm down. if you got the urge to binge it feels like your not really in your body like you dont have the control anymore so you really need to calm yourself down to get clear thoughts.

apple cider vinegar shots help suppress your appetite A LOT + boost metabolism. tastes gross but sure hey 🤩
lemon water!!!
cold water in general, drinking it, showering in it, helps boost metabolism
walking as much as possible! aim for 5k-10k steps
avoid fatty foods!! 100 calories worth of carbs or protein will always be better than 100 calories worth of fat.
diet energy drinks. do i even have to explain

tips to avoid binging
these are just things that have worked for me lately:
drink lots of fluids throughout the day, especially carbonated drinks or hot fluids like tea (0 cals), you can add two tablespoons of oat milk to make your tea yummy (15 cals), or Nomu skinny hot chocolate (20 cals). carbonated drinks and hot drinks are good for curbing your appetite.
i keep an electric tea kettle in my room, and during the day i enjoy earl grey, english & irish breakfast, stuff like that. at night i drink honey lavender or honey vanilla chamomile tea.
2. eat half a fuji apple with some of your meals. they are high fiber, nutritious, make you feel full, and are only 40 calories max per half apple.
3. some days i like to do OMAD (one meal a day) because you get to devote your day's calories to one meal, which makes you feel super full especially if you are used to low restriction because your stomach has reduced its capacity.
4. when i am so hungry and tempted to binge, the mantra i repeat to myself is "you are in control, and the best way to avoid binging is simple: just don't do it--nobody is forcing you to binge."
5. if you can't stop thinking about food, i recommend taking account of your physical needs. do you need to eat some protein, do you need vitamins and nutrition to get through today? if so, allow yourself food because you need fuel and you will still lose weight as long as you are below your TDEE.
6. distractions are helpful--if you have too much time on your hands and you want to stress eat or eat out of boredom, try making a to do list of chores and square those away. for example i like to sweep and mop, clean my bathroom, dust my room or do laundry to distract myself from hunger. chances are the hunger will be gone by the time you finish your chores.

🧘♀️Meditate🧘♂️
Practice breathing exercises 🌬️
Take 10 mins to download a mindfulness app and do a few of the activities
List and plan things out in deep detail it will help give you peace of mind
Find peace Calm your mind Seek Solutions🔓
