1. to finally have a th!gh g@@p
2. for my stomach to be flat
3. to be able to go shopping without being worried that the clothes won't fit
4. to feel more confident
5. to go from 'go eat a salad' to 'go eat a burger'
6. to be treated as if though i'm fragile
7. for my old clothes to fit on me like dresses
8. to be able to sit on people's lap without worrying about hurting them
9. to feel like i've finally accomplished something
10. to wear shorts in public
11. for oversized clothes to actually be oversized and cute on me
12. for people to notice & care
13. to be asked how I did it
14. to be able to wear all the things I couldn't before
15. crop tops !!!
16. to FINALLY have a flat chest
17. to look younger
18. so I don't get tired as fast
19. to be smaller than my friends
20. to be called cute for my 'weird' interests
21 to FINALLY feel comfortable on roller coasters
22. to feel comfortable wearing dresses
23. for a new wardrobe
24. to be taken seriously

It’s really as easy as skipping 2 meals a day and going for an hour long walk. If you can’t do that, you are lazy. No it’s not your metabolisms fault, it’s your own. You put the food into your own mouth. You picked up the fork. Now it’s YOU who got fat.

They want to sabotage you. Advice for anyone losing weight.
You’re gonna notice things. Everyone will call chubby you “healthy” and “beautiful” even if being chubby makes YOU unhappy.
People close to you will say things like, “You lost enough you can stop now!” or “you looked good already” or “you’re too thin”
They’re insecure and they’re unhappy with their bodies and want you to be right there with them.
Don’t let them sabotage you. Stop when YOU wanna stop. When YOU like what you see.
Subconsciously they want to stop your success.
I’m 4’11” and 110 lbs and I got called “bones”. I am NOT EVEN CLOSE yet. My BMI is closer to overweight than underweight by a long shot. They wanna stop you.
Stay strong, I’m rooting for you.

🧸Happy first advent, everyone! It’s officially this time of the year, ITS DECEMBER!
And I already know what I want for CHRISTMAS; to be dainty and skinny and never have to worry about calories because I stay underweight NO MATTER WHAT.
