HUMANS, BEFORE TAX BRACKETS

The blatant disregard towards the deaths of Hamish Harding, Shahzada Dawood and his son Suleman, Paul-Henri Nargeolet and Stockton Rush shows the lack of empathy of millions towards people just because of their financial status.

Before they're fucking billionaires, they're fucking humans. I'm so disappointed in how the media reacted to both their disappearance and their deaths.

Comparing the Titan incident to 9/11 is fucking different. Titan was a rescue mission 12,000 feet into the unexplored depths of the ocean.

9/11 while of course it's a huge tragedy, and I am not disregarding the deaths of millions-- The rescue mission was just as crucial since people were under rubble of the fallen towers BUT I'll state it again because I feel it is justifiable to say that the rescue that was done during 9/11 was easier since we already had the necessary equipment to rescue survivors unlike the recent Titan incident.

The carelessness and ignorance of millions of people towards these 5 people's lives is evil. The "dark humor" that surrounds media coverage of the entire thing is disrespectful!

We should know how to act HUMAN and feel for the family of the victims!

It's even more disappointing when I try to talk about this incident with people ages 15-21 only to have the 17-21 year olds act more childish and laugh at their deaths calling them "stupid".

"They wanted to copy this plot of a game so they went to OceanGate, so stupid" - an 18 year old.

FIVE PEOPLE JUST DIED! The misinformation spreading about their deaths because of memes is honestly disgusting.

12am THOUGHTS ON MHA Chapter 338

SPOILERS AHEAD SUCH AS THE MHA TRAITOR. I WARNED YOU.

I won't overanalyze it like I usually do (like the GFN post). This is basically analyzed crack thoughts so excuse moiii~

Ayoo my two cents on the latest chapter of MHA. It's 12am and my brain ain't fully functioning so I might be wrong buuuut

I read this blog article thing-- (idk what this is my brain ain't functioning) --- saying that Bakugo failing to forgive Aoyama destroys all the progress he made .

Okay- I know it's just supposed to be an eye catching headline but for those who agree I would like to defend my client's case 👩🏻‍⚖️

Bakugo was kidnapped, we all knew this. Although he didn't show any sign of fear & was just his usual explosive self, keep in mind that Bakugo blames(d?) himself for All Night's retirement. (I'm sure we remember that heartbreaking episode that started Bakugo's progress)

Now thinking that it could have all been prevented if Aoyama did not leak their location, I believe that he has the right to be mad.

I'd say that 5 blasts from Howitzer wouldn't even be enough. Yes, Aoyama might've not had much of a choice-- but Bakugo's the most affected character in all of this.

He was kidnapped, he had to be saved by All Might & believed it was his fault why they lost the symbol of peace. Thinking that it was you who was the reason for the No. 1 hero's end has got to be heartbreaking. You start to doubt and blame yourself, trying to look for something- someone else to blame but having nothing you'd start to question yourself;

"What if I was stronger?"

"What if I didn't get kidnapped?"

Now, finding out that it was not entirely your fault when you've been carrying that burden for so long - of course you'd get mad. You'll most likely lose your rational thinking like he did and would want to blame the traitor responsible for it as well.

So what if the rest of the class forgives Aoyama? They weren't the ones in Bakugo's shoes. They didn't have to blame themselves for All Might's end. They weren't the one kidnapped.

Yes they would (they do?) probably have some trauma because of that attack but think of what Bakugo might've felt. Yes he was rude to his kidnappers, he was still as explosive as his quirk but who's to say he wasn't scared or worried?

We know Bakugo's strong but the heavy burden he has been carrying must be a lot.

He's not as emotionally developed as his classmates, I agree with what's stated-- but, his anger is within reason.

I believe Bakugo won't ruin the progress he made. He won't ruin that character development, but there's a possibility he might get off track of that development.

And with that I end this uhhh idk what to call it. It's 1am now. Goodnight--morning?? Err

Of course I would also like to know more reasons why people believe he'd destroy his progress. It's not entirely impossible (but I just wouldn't use the word destroy, I think the development he made would still have an impact on his actions.) Enlighten me please, I'd like to know your thoughts on it.

I probably should analyze this better, let me know what you guys think

he doesn’t mind wrapping it around your shoulders, but he’s more likely to hold you by your waist. he thinks it sends a message to any wandering eyes that you’re spoken for. though, he does make it clear that it’s from a place of protectiveness and not jealously. he likes pulling you into him so that you’re closer and he can feel you. if he’s taking you somewhere you’ve never been or you’re just distracted, he tugs you toward him and in the right direction, his fingertips giving you a little squeeze as a reminder to stay focused. his fingers tend to roam, running up and down your side as you two walk.

✸ cooks for you.

he’s always sure to ask what you have a taste for before setting off to make it for you. he actually enjoys when you watch him because loves showing off his skills. whenever he cooks, he always wears short sleeves or tank tops so the fabric doesn’t get in the way, but it also happens to show off his muscles as he chops away a vegetables and prepares the rest of the meal. he’ll call you over for a taste test and hold a sample up to your mouth, a cautious hand under the utensil so nothing makes a mess. if you like it, he’ll plate if you. and if he’s feeling extra nice, he’ll even feed it to you.

✸ smirks and licks his lips when you’re annoyed with him.

he thinks it’s hot when you’re fed up with him and does not try to hide that it kind of turns him on. he’d never do it if you were genuinely upset about something, but he finds himself doing little things that bother you like skipping past the show you like when you’re both trying to find something to watch or leaving the toilet seat up. something about you rolling your eyes or raising your voice at him makes his pants feel a little tighter and he can’t help but grin about it. the fact that him doing this riles you up even more is only a bonus for him. if he’s lucky, maybe you’ll be generous enough to put him in his place.

✸ wipes his sweat away with the bottom of his shirt.

he doesn’t believe in using towels; why would he go out his way to get one when his shirt is already sweaty? so he just grabs the garment by the hem and pulls it up to dry off his forehead after his workouts. while he’s busy making sure the beads of sweat aren’t dripping down his face, his whole abdomen and chest are on display. the workout is an entertaining show on its own, but getting a peek of his chiseled abs makes for a great finale. but now that he’s using his shirt as a makeshift towel, he might as well take it off so he can reach his neck with it, right?

✸ keeps his eyes on you while you’re talking to him.

even if he’s busy doing something, he’ll drop it or turn away for a moment to make eye contact with you. he doesn’t let things like his phone or background chatter distract him. having his undivided attention on you is a little intense, but he just wants you to know that he’s listening to what you’re saying. if for any reason he isn’t able to look at you, he nods and hums along so that you’re certain that he hears you. if you stop in the middle of a sentence or abruptly because you think he’s not paying attention, he’ll prompt you to continue and reassure you that he was listening.

SINCE it's Halloween, I have a story i'd like to share with you :)

I just got out of work and went straight to my friend's apartment. We always hangout after whenever we get off early. We did the usual; ate food, talked about how our day went and finally it was time to watch a movie.

Its been a while since I checked my phone, just as I grabbed it I got a bunch of texts and snaps, mostly in our work chat but one in particular caught my eye.

A snap from..Louise? Weird, she's right here watching a movie with me. Probably a prank but I opened it anyway- it was a picture of Louise at work saying "hey sorry, working overtime tonight"

My confusion turned into fear and with every bit of courage I had, I slowly face the person next to me. 'Louise' the friend I thought I was with was looking me right in the eye with a blank stare. They turn their head a bit and asked.. "Do I look like her?"
