More Mountain Rumors
He only missed bows for ONE show. Reports of multiple shows are incorrect.
It seems likely he overheated the night he wasn't at bows based on what people at that show have stated. He was also going really hard on hydration at the shows immediately following that.
The rumors of a family death only started after he missed bows which makes them highly suspect to me.
If that rumor was true he would have missed Boston.
There aren't a ton of good pictures of him in Boston but you can see in this one that it's clearly his mask being worn. It has the frown lines. The man has a long face. If someone else had been wearing it the chin wouldn't have ended in line with the mask. It would have been shorter.
In conclusion: It's still him. It is unlikely to ever not be him honestly.
