I got commissioned to paint griddlehark imagined as a classic romance novel cover, which needless to say is one of the greatest commissions of all time and I had an absolute blast.

Never realized that the first thing Gideon does when she’s in Harrows body, the first thing she does as a character since her death, is un-impale herself. Harrow had been skewered through by Mercy just like Gideon was by the fence. Tamsyn fucking Muir.

finally tried my hand at a twin cinema poem and yaowza !! took me a couple hours to figure it out but i'm very happy with this one and i wanted to share. you can read gideon and harrow's thoughts separately to see their perspectives on their own and each other's actions, and putting them together supposedly reveals the truth of the lengths they would go to but can't communicate to one another :3

i just think that a form where they are talking to one another without hearing any response and yet are intertwining so perfectly is deeply on theme and makes me ill

Nothing more realistic than Gideon acting like the most got-it-together "the world is my oyster thanks to the unrivalled power of my hotness and awesome" and sincerely believing in that facade, only to then turn into a wallflower the moment she's out of the Ninth and among okayish people because the only thing she knows social-wise is nonstop-hostile interraction with a cult of octogenarian nuns.

I think it would be funny in Alecto, if we spend more time on the Ninth, for the great aunts to, very affectedly, inform Harrow of her parents' passing during their silent practice to which Harrow barelly even manages to act either surprised or mournful (while Kiriona has a fit of laughter nearby).

"And that makes you, Reverend Daughter Harrowhark Nonagesimus, our 311th Reverend Mother."

Freshly out of Hell and still dazed by whatever happend post tomb opening, Reverend Mother Harrowhark Nonagesimus, can urge no other reaction out of her but a slightly out of breath, shamefully informal "Ok."

Cue a pleathoa of mom jokes that everybody seems to get into.

"Reverend- forgive me Harrowhark, I cannot in good faith look at your face and call you-"

"Then please don't. Thank you, Paul."

"Oh, mother!" ejaculates Ianthe at her every movement.

"Oh, sorry mommy", Kiriona is already begging for it.

misread as tenticle and thought there was an alternative fan creation of palamedes as a giant creature. i got excited in a non explicit way, I just wanted a fic of him as an eldritch non-horrific beast casually hanging out with everyone
