A cover for an idea comic I have. We’ll see if this goes somewhere, if it does, page 1 will be linked from here later.

After the death of her sister, Wendy’s parents have a hard time healing when she looks just like their recently deceased daughter. As such, they decide to send her off to live with her uncle for a little while while they take some time to mentally recover. Wendy is going to learn just how not normal this rarely seen uncle actually is.

Based on the fact that smaller towns are very resident focused when it comes to articles, and such a thing as two generations of twins in a small town would probably be of worthy note. I kind of just wanted an excuse to draw both sets of twins as their younger selves.

A birthday gift drawing for my brother. We play the game a lot, and our longest world is a Maxwell Wendy one. Early on he was using his shadow puppets to cut down trees while I chased butterflies for our bee box and it felt like a great family moment for these two characters.

.My starting date for this image was in February, I can’t believe it took me this long on and off to finish it. Another round of gelfling skeksis and urru which, like my first drawing of them, is their own clan rather than part of the specific one from the show. Basically always twins born that are considered as one person. I decided to do HakHom and YiYa because they’re related to SoSu in this. HakHom is SoSu’s brother. YiYa is their wife, and they’re SilSol’s parents, making Sil and Sol SoSu’s nephew(s). YiYa make and sell their own pottery, and HakHom are architects. Hak is more of an interior designer though, while Hom is more of the actual architect/planning side. Both HakHom and YiYa were killed before SilSol reached adulthood, but are obviously still alive at the age SIlSol is now in this

UrSkek OC Face Sheet - Sketches

Making a face reference sheet for a bunch of characters is a great way to kill time on an airplane. I had a lot of fun with it though! It's a great exercise in curing same-face syndrome, which I suffer from when drawing humans/humanoids. These are just the face sketches for now. Hair, lines, and colors will come later. This HC for the UrSkeks' design belongs to @papabirdurskeks
