AU Where Instead Of Blitzo Ruining A Marriage He Has Both Stolas And Stella Fall For Him

You know instead of making Stella this mega***** who gives an excuse for Stolas to be a pos. How about instead Blitzo enters into their lives and they both end up wanting him? I like to think that even though at first he managed to seduce Stolas he then has Stella instead despite her initial misgivings about her husband sleeping with an imp and then herself ends up falling for Blitzo's skills in bed. They both end up agreeing to take turns sharing Blitzo and it's without the full moon deal. Overtime through Blitzo they actually begin enjoying each other's company at least platonically because even if they don't love each other they still like being with Blitzo.

You can have them both either know Stella as a playmate since they were kids or he just dropped into their lives and was beguiled by them. As playmates, it could be shown that he was the glue that at least made them get along with each other because he matched Stella's energy and he gradually got Stolas to come out of his comfort zone. And none of this playmate for a day, it would be that they fondly remembered him despite Stella not outright admitting she did but she gradually opens up that yes Blitzo really was a great playmate she enjoyed seeing over with Stolas.

And most of all make it so while they really have no spark in their marriage and have their differences the reason why they stay married was for her to not to be sent back to her brother where here his interest in her is taken serious and Stolas tries everything in his power to keep her from going back to him. Also they both know they would divorce if they could but as said with Andrealphus hanging around they sadly stay shackled together. While their marriage before Blitzo was not that great, it still would be made a lot better after realizing they both like Blitzo even though to share him.

Blitzo still has to come to terms with the fact both royals like him and how he feels he can trust to see him as equals. I do think unlike the canon they do act more like their instagram counterparts pre-series and gradually lose their classist stuff as they grow closer to Blitzo. Also there still would be a trial but it would be Stolas dragged before court while Stella stands by the side watching. Stolas would be the only one banished as his wife and daughter look on. Also he is both worried for his daughter and wife since they now are under Andrealphus and he hopes maybe to let them go to a relative of his that could be under their protection. He stays with Blitzo but he tries keeping in contact with Stella so she and their daughter are safe and not catching her brother's eye. I do think in Sinsmas the main thing is Stella trying to find refuge with Vassago (who would be Stolas' brother), who could volunteer to take them in.

As for their daughter, Via, I do think she gradually gets to know Blitzo as he becomes her stepfather figure when her parents are beginning to share him. She really is confused by the dynamic especially how her parents are just so much happier after bringing this guy into their lives. They aren't fighting and causing bickering like in the canon, but it still is a dynamic shake up for her that she really is perplexed at because now Blitzo causes them to act more civil towards each other and they both enjoy his company over each other. I do think gradually she warms up to him as he comes to see her as a stepdaughter.

Also in Sinsmas I would love instead of excluding out Stella. Stella is included in the family dynamic where Blitzo dreams of him and Stolas, Loona, and Octavia are there. In this AU, he's imagining now she's just as much as part of the family as they are and wants to do everything in his power so Stolas can save her and Octavia from Andrealphus' grip. Again just imagine a world instead of Stella being an obstacle to overcome she ends up just as included in the dynamic with Blitzo just like Stolas.

So anyway I just decided to remake Stella and Mayberry since this is the only ship that would make sense to me. Two women in a loveless marriage and had cheating husbands.

The second I added since there was some space and it seemed like it would be something that they would write and send to the two people that ruined their lives.

Stella and Mayberry also had similar thinking in the show, they both tried doing everything right and it ends with them getting cast aside like they were nothing. For Stella it was different since her marriage was more like a business but it didn't make her feel any better clearly.

Stella likes spoiling Mayberry in gold and jewelry. Mayberry encourages Stella in killing Stolas and will sometimes try to help her with her plans to do it. Mayberry always wanted to have kids so she spends time with Via when she comes over. Stella makes sure they're all having fun and takes them to where ever they both want to go. Stella's very protective of Mayberry and Via.

and im not saying canine and feline behaviors are wrong or bad to give a dragon (people wouldn't write dragons with those behaviors if they weren't fun in the first place!) but i feel for creatures that are mythological giant winged lizards that you can do more and get experimental with it. often the more unfamiliar behavior the more dragons get that much more dragony

Animator Swap AU!

Note: Most of the drawings in the second image sadly are no longer canon to the au, but i did draw a few new ones you'll probably be seeing a few paragraphs down :D

Long post incoming, do be warned 💀

So, the basic idea of this au is..fairly simple, actually-- as much as i struggled thinking of a good, solid concept for it :'D

As the name suggests, the biggest change is that Alan and Grace are swapped, but, well- not quite..

You see! Their personalities remain more or less the same, but the stickfigures they made are swapped- go simple enough visual representation!

Basically, the idea is: "What if Alan made Mitsi and Grace made the Hollowheads?"

To explain this further: Alan would have treated Mitsi primarily the way he treated Victim and Chosen.

Grace, on the other hand, would have treated the hollowheads far better than Alan did in canon, leading to an entirely different outcome for their character arcs! (Although i'm thinking of having Victim and Grace have a rocky start for,, reasons, but i'll expand on that in a different post, probably)

Anyway, as a result, Mitsi would probably look something like this at the time of her escape:

I was planning on explaining far more thoroughly, but i got a little sidetracked and didn't have time to expand this too much.

To at least somewhat make up for my messy ass brain, here are some ideas i'm planning (key word) to solidify into the canon aswell!

-After Mitsi escapes the PC, Alan doesn't draw/animate another stickman for years after. Then i'm thinking he either draws Purple or the guy just kind of,, shows up on his PC one day and after a tentative truce makes the minecraft village there instead of on the Mac (which could potentially lead to the cg meeting Alan aswell?)

-Victim leaves the PC before or recently after Chosen is created, accidentally ending up in the village from his canon backstory and becoming a farmer there.

-Chosen is mute, and i'm thinking he later becomes a sign language interpreter :D (i'm thinking they'll all get regular or semi regular professions since they'd actually get to grow up properly and have childhood and stuff,,, and absolutely no one has any cursor induced trauma whatsoever! Victim? Haha, who's Victim?)

-I was originally thinking of making Dark a Gordon Ramsey style chef, but i feel like i should make him a programmer/hacker of some kind instead LOL

-Orange helps Grace out with her animations in this au aswell! He also has a lot of independent projects of his own :]

-Orange and the cg still eventually end up being the only permanent residents on Grace's pc, with Dark and Chosen visiting fairly often while Victim visits more scarcely. For some reason, he seems a little bit anxious around Grace.. (also yes they're all probably gonna have different names, excluding the animators)

-I'm thinking of calling Mitsi either Mayday or Malice!

-I'm thinking Mitsi crashes/escapes to the village where Victim is. Victim befriends Mitsi pretty fast. They let her stay at their farm and Mitsi helps out pn the farm in return.

-Agent and the mercs will probably be in this au aswell!! I'm just not sure when and how to include them yet.

There is a pretty specific reason I absolutely HATE Radioapple, and its one of the reasons I find Radiostatic/Silentstatic enjoyable. Radioapple is not that diverse, Ive seen 4 versions of radioapple: (in order of how common) -S*xual tension/hate s*x -Alastor is a bottom and Lucifer helps with his rut/heat -Slut Lucifer (I've seen multiple UNCENSORED Lucifer R*ping Alastor, and I hate it, Tumblr wont get the hint I HATE it, I'm Asexual and even writing the word s*x can make me uncomfy somtimes,I've never even looked up 'Radioapple" in my search but it wont leave me alone T_T) -Enimies to lovers some of these, not a real problem, enemies to lovers I get, I've done it before, also theres enemies to lovers in Radiostatic aswell, but its like, (almost) ALWAYS a freaking s*x/kink thing. One of the reasons I like(LOVE) Radiostatic/Silentstatic is its diverse in the story, and the fandom is absolutely hilarious with the jokes they crack with this ship, and Yes, there is s*x stuff, Hazbin is an adult show, all ships have s*x going on. there's so many versions of Radiostatic, Past Radiostatic, Situationship (past or present),One-side pinning(either way),angry Exs (the joke with the Exs one I can't stop laughing at), and the shippers for Radioapple, I've met maybe 5ish, and they all crazy, they keep talking about hate s*x, s*xual tension, the 'signs' the ship will be cannon (just s*xual tension) like I cant freaking escape it. (Srry just needed to rant)

I gotta say, I really do agree with a lot of this. Allow me to dissect this.

RADIOAPPLE SHIPPERS DNI WITH THIS POST YOU WILL BE BLOCKED

I've never liked s*xual tension/hate s*x ships. It's annoying and I don't get it. Hate does not automatically equal s*xual tension. There has to be more than just hate. I hate ships like RadioApple because they're practically unavoidable. Wanna look up a picture of Alastor? Get swarmed by RadioApple. Wanna see some RadioStatic? F*ck you, get RadioSilence and RadioApple instead. I love RadioStatic and SilentStatic, but I hate RadioSilence because it has a similar problem as RadioApple. Mistaking hate for s*xual thoughts. And the jokes are never funny. What is the joke, Vox is stalking Alastor? Vox can't be happy? Vox tries to r*pe Alastor (Yes, people have actually made that joke)? Don't get me wrong, I think you can make a joke out of just about anything, but it takes GREAT SKILL and VERY SPECIFIC conditions. TOXIC RadioApple shippers have got to be some of the worst, most annoying people I know. Obviously, there are normal ones, but since this is like the 3rd most popular ship in the fandom, there's room for a lot of toxic ones. And when they're toxic, they can be so damn rude, obnoxious, and hypocritical people I've ever met. "Oh, the people who don't like any Alastor ship don't ship RadioApple. That means it's overhated" which yeah, I guess you can say it's true, but they act like it's RadioApple exclusive. And then there are the ones that say they ship RadioApple and RadioSilence in the same breath, which, I'm not even going to touch on today, it's so stupid. RadioApple is absolutely everywhere, it's like impossible to escape it.

Hellaverse critical stuff (for newcomers I guess) because I'm sad and scared for no reason (as of posting this I am now mad and my brain will refuse to sleep unless I get back to my addiction):

Terms:

The Hellaverse: Foolishly called "the Helluvaverse" and maybe even other names by others, but "the Hellaverse" is the official name. The Hellaverse is the universe of which Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel reside in, which may expand to include more shows if there will be, and also outside media. It refers to both shows at once, though some may also use it to describe anything made by Spindelhorse and/or Vivziepop.

Vivziepop: The controversial yet beloved-by-fans creator whom it may be a risk to critique. She's not a nice person (there's proof), and is the well-known main writer thing of the Hellaverse, has the charge, created the things and possibly others, and is, as said, THE person.

Brandon Rogers: Fellow controversial person, sometimes a writer, always Blitz(o)'s voice-actor since the pilot. He has his own stuff and is known for that, and has fans for it, and is at least talented at the voice-acting.

Spindelhorse: The Hellaverse company that often needs to repeatedly outsource animation due to heavily implied bad working conditions, all under the leadership of Vivziepop, and critique of the Hellaverse community.

Hellaverse fan: A fan of the Hellaverse.

Hellaverse critical fan: Someone having elements of both, preferring one community over the other, liking both, disliking both, or switching. Could also refer to a fan who is very critical of the Hellaverse, dislikes a lot of the Hellaverse, has a lot of unpoplar Hellaverse opinions, wants to interact with both communities, neither, or feels like neither or both describes them - basically kinda like "non-binary", but in regards to the Hellaverse (with most people being agender by not caring/not knowing/not engaging, etc).

Stolass: Stolas the character, but misspelled (often purposely), by critics, by adding an extra "s" to the ending of his name, making it more like "Stol-ass". Some do it to differentiate from his origin, some for fun, some to draw attention to his ass, and some because they hate him, which is a popular opinion.

Incidents:

Blackface cosplay: Several Hellaverse fans made the Hellaverse less popular, when they showed up cosplaying Alastor, who is a popular character said to be black, by doing blackface.

Imp-ersonation: Theories go around as to whom and why, ImpPerfectCritiques has had that username used by another who presumably trolled. Some theorize it's the same person. At least one incident has occurred.

Written by Vivziepop: Due to the bad writing and the amounts of cursing and whatnot, "written by Vivziepop" refers to jokes made, of referring to bad things as being written by her, or editing or MAKING things, in her style, which ranges from parodying events, to making stuff how one thinks she'd make it, to simply cursing a lot. Despite Vivziepop making a joke, a person who even critiques critics, made a joke about Charlie forgiving EVERYONE, which included Hitler, and Viziepop complained and accused him of being a teenager.

Hellaverse critical community ableism: The Hellaverse critical community tends to sometimes invalidate or even theorize things, including stuff like neurodivergence. Though the community DOES get mad at ableism, ableism also happens HERE, including slurs.

Hellaverse critical community ageism: The Hellaverse critical community tends to think that the show is as mature as teenagers, and that it's not good for adults, but don't want teens to watch it either, which is fair, yet they typically accept critical minors, but not anything of fans that are minors, even a critical anon referring to them as "clods". The Hellaverse has a lot of teen fans despite it being for an older audience and Vivziepop not wanting them to be here (there are theories that point to otherwise), so weird stuff does indeed happen.

Hellaverse fan-trash: Hellaverse fans trashed public school property with Hellaverse stuff.

Hellaverse critical community-drama: The Hellaverse critical community isn't that popular at times, and though plenty are lurkers, anons, and people not even on Tumblr, beyond people just hating haters, people critique the critics, for them even watching the show, some of them being bad people, some doing mean or even evil stuff as critics, slurs, treatment of fans, alleged bad criticism, and fights within that are allegedly frequent. Documents and anger and taking sides, happens, though some appear neutral or to stay away. Personal drama happens too, and people frequently leave and/or vent.

Members of the community:

@hellaverse-critical-confessions , is a confession(s) blog specific to the Hellaverse critical community. It's famous for being a local place for anons and other critics to vent, and got plenty of posts in a big enough rate to view and interact to, meaning it attracts many critics, even "the top dogs". With a few rules and barely anything from the mod or something, it has been critiqued for posting alleged bad or disproven takes.

@officeobject Darlen Momentum (actual name, don't call me by my username, that's a NOUN), is known for many things, but critical-community-wise, que is known for line love-hate relationship with the Hellaverse, which is shown through quir weird critical posts, which includes reblogs, criticism, shit-posts, venting, telling about quir day, and posts about quir mysterious and unspecified Hellaverse critical squish (and those posts range AS WELL). Though the squish HAS been confessed to, nothing have come of it besides other people's theories (which lead to Doodler16 having to defend quir, as she is theorized at times to be quir squish due to the frequency/ease at which que reblogs her posts, plus them allegedly often interacting), but every time que expects to stop posting about the squish, it happens again. Darlen has indeed had quir fights with people within the community, though not really "Hellaverse critical drama", and typically remains neutral (due to lack of comprehension or being on no sides), and has people who allegedly frequently like quir posts, who que sometimes shouts out - que is also known for being aroace, being weird in social interactions, info-dumping, quir personality, and of course, whatever "Gerald" is. Que is often associated with Beelzebub's design, though posts stuff other than frequent Hellaverse criticism, and has a Xanderweb.

It took Spindlehorse announcing the Hot Topic “Hellaverse Pride” line for me to fully realize WHY the LGBTQ+ rep in both Hazbin and Helluva Boss has struck me as being so extremely shallow.

The representation is essentially used as pink-washing. (More under cut)

With a few exceptions, we literally only know the character’s sexualities from merch. Maybe some of them from “word of god” statements from the crew, or livestreams Vivziepop did years ago, but very rarely are the characters sexualities and/or gender identities ACTUALLY represented in the show itself.

I really wish I could be excited about Velvette being confirmed as a lesbian, but I felt absolutely nothing at all when learning about it because her orientation is just being used in an advertisement to get people to buy a shirt. Same with the rest of the clothing line. We get a shirt with Alastor with a reference to the ONE line hinting to his asexuality in the show, which otherwise has only been confirmed in outside sources. Same with Sallie May, and a lot of the other characters—apparently Pentious and Cherri are Bisexual, as is Loona, which would have been really nice to see in literally any way in the show proper.

This isn’t representation. It’s marketing, in the same way that Target’s infamous Pride clothing lines were. And since Hazbin Hotel AND Helluva Boss now belong to Amazon, that means a portion of the money from these merch sales will be going to them instead of just Spindlehorse. Which, I mean…

…Isn’t great…

And listen, I’m not under the delusion that me talking about this will change the minds of people who really want to buy this merch, nor is that really my goal. I just wanted to point out what I saw as pretty blatant pink-washing given the new owners of the Hellaverse.

And honestly like, if you really want one and it personally makes you happy and feel represented, I’m not going to try and take that away from you.

I’ve already made my opinions on the lgbtq rep in the Hellaverse pretty clear, and I’ve spoken at length on the problem of it’s lackluster queer rep using Sallie May as an example. Seeing the ad for the new Pride merch get announced at the same time as it was announced that Spindlehorse had just sold the rights to Helluva Boss to amazon came off as extremely gross and disappointing to me.

I would just ask that you really consider what is actually shown in these stories and think critically about the following:

—in the case of some of these characters and this show, are you actually being represented? Or are you just being told that you’re represented?
