Supreme Court Refused to Pass Video Game Law in California

So for us folks in California, you don't think twice before buying a video game. Well we almost had to think again recently the supreme court has been tossing around a case whether California can restrict those under 18 from buying games or not. In a 7-2 vote however the supreme court struck it down saying that the law would violate the first amendment for minors. Free speech for everybody, be it a movie, a game or a book. Game on game on game on California.
