Hi everyone, this is my very first post here.

My name is Kavuma, I am a queer Ugandan who was forced to leave my home country because of my sexuality. I fled to Kenya seeking safety but the situation there became dangerous too. I now live in exile and every day is a struggle for survival, yet I hold on to hope and the strength of community.

I created this blog to share my story, to connect with the global queer family, and to ask for support. At the moment I am struggling with food, shelter, and safety. I have a fundraiser to help me survive and rebuild. I would be so grateful for your kindness.
