I made my homemade mashed potatoes and a bbq pork tenderloin for dinner one night. My husband loved it and I had a taste of the pork tenderloin and it was pretty good! My mashed potatoes are bomb because I use butter and little bit of milk and if I have it, a little of sour cream.

Pumpkin Oreo Cheesecake

I made a pumpkin oreo cheesecake pie for Thanksgiving 2020. It was okay. I am a better cook than a baker, that’s for sure. The cheesecake needed to be blended more as you can see but the overall taste of it was pretty good.

Chicken, Rice & Potatoes in a red sauce

Oh my. I LOVE rice. I sauteed chicken and potatoes in a red sauce in my crockpot. My husband said the chicken came out so juicy and tender. (I can’t have meat although sometimes I do eat meat I didn’t this time).

Nacho Table

My first time doing a nacho table and boy was it gooooooood and a fun experience. Tostito cheese, green chopped lettuce, salsa and taco seasoned ground beef. It was so delicious and so filling.

Krispy Kreme Mars & Glazed Donuts

The Mars Donuts had a sticky jelly coating on top with some chocolate cookie crumbles. The inside had chocolate pudding fill. I wasn’t crazy about these donuts. The glazed donuts were the best! Was kind of disappointed with the Mars donuts.

Ventured off to Buffalo Wild Wings for some Cauliflower wings! Also wanted to try new wing sauce they have. I always get the go to sauce which is Parmesan Garlic and then for the new sauce which was the Orange Chicken wing sauce.

Let me tell you...If you want something that tastes as close as it would to chicken, cauliflower wings is where it is at! Most people would probably think the cauliflower wings would be mushy but for my first time trying them out they were just like having the boneless chicken wings! They had a nice crisp which gives it its good quality chicken-like wing texture and the sauce was amazing! I was definitely not disappointed. Will order them again. The one photo with tacos are their Street tacos which I had a taste of it was pretty good.

McDonald’s could not get it right. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich which should have pickles and a sauce on it. I got the delux which I was disappointed because it’s like any typical chicken sandwich they have! Few days later I tried to order it again somewhere else. Got the right sandwich which had the pickles BUT no sauce! Com’on guys! It’s not that hard! Disappointed yet again.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich Delux - The bun was ew nothing new there. The chicken patty was mediocre and had lettuce, tomato slices and mayo on it. Rating: 3/10

Crispy Chicken Sandwich - the bun was warmed and little on the fresh side, love the pickles but no sauce made this whole sandwich dry! Yuck! The chicken patty was mediocre but overall didn’t care for this sandwich. Rating: 6/10

Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy Cherry Garcia !

Ohmygosh! Okay, okay. I’m not so much into ice cream really but when grocery shopping I saw all of the non-dairy ice creams they had and I was curious! It was a score for me because I can’t have anything with milk in it. Yes, I do from time to time have things that contain milk but I don’t have it on the daily.

It’s definitely better than So Delicious non-dairy ice cream. So Delicious literally taste like water. It’s kind of tasteless even with the flavor in it. My stop & shop had sooo many flavors in So Delicious but I remember one time seeing a chocolate chip mint by them and I was still disappointed. Not with Ben & Jerry’s. Yes, it still had that watered down taste but the cherries and chocolate chunks added a burst of yummy flavor which took the focus away from the water down taste of the ice cream! Rating: 9/10

Sunny side up egg on a honey wheat English Muffin with a mozzarella cheese stick for a side. My sister and husband enjoyed it.

Toasted honey wheat English muffin was warm, toasted and with just the right amount of a crisp. Sprayed lightly with a spray butter on the muffin that didn’t have the egg on it.

Rating: 9/10 because my husband and sister said so. Haha.

Chicken Chipotle Melt and Loaded Nacho Taco from Tacobell.

Taco rating: 7.5/10

Chicken Chipotle Melt was so warm and oozing with a Chipotle melted cheese sauce with Chipotle seasoned chicken pieces. The Loaded Nacho Taco was of course warm, loaded with melted cheese sauce, taco meat, cheddar cheese shreds, lettuce and a dab of sour cream. Yum! To think, back when I was a child I wouldn’t go near Tacobell nor when I was a teenager. Once I met my husband, that all changed and it’s pretty good.

Birthday cakepop from Starbucks!

The cake inside is soo moist and the outside pink shell with white sprinkles is so sweet but not too sweet if you aren’t a fan of sweet.
