I've said this so many times before but Brooklynn and Mrs. Bowman (who I've dubbed as Carol bc we don't know her real name), are SO CLOSE. Like Carol has seen Brooklynn as her daughter for years, but once she and Darius start dating, Carol actually refers to Brooklynn as her daughter.

It gets to the point where people will meet Brooklynn and Darius at an event and will ask Darius, "So this must be the famous wife?" and Brooklynn and Darius are so confused. But it's because the way Carol talks about Brooklynn makes it sound like they're already married (they basically are)

On the topic of marriage, there was no proposal or anything. They were just sitting in the back of Darius' truck looking at the stars and Brooklynn was like "We should get married." and so that night while they were lying in bed Darius got up and started searching through his drawer for the ring his grandma Rosie had given him when he was sixteen for when he proposes to someone.

Cue Darius in only his boxers on one knee while Brooklynn's laughing from the bed because of course this is how they get engaged. Only chaos for them.

Because Brooklynn lost her left hand, they put the ring on a chain around her neck.

Now, I'm not going to write a long essay about what happened to PriceField like everyone else is. But, I will say, for those mad about people criticizing D9's choice with PriceField, let me just say this.

Chloe Price. A fiercely loyal friend, and an even more loyal lover. She comforted Rachel through her problems, and searched for her for MONTHS when she went missing.

And you're telling me, she broke up with Max through a LETTER, because Max had trauma?

That is not Chloe. Not our Chloe.

That's the reason so many of us are mad.

They ruined Chloe's character, and one of the most important LGBTQ ships ever fell with her.

PriceField meant so much to people when LiS came out. A canon LGBTQ ship? At that time, it was rare, and it helped people come to terms with their identity.

And I've said this before. This is a Chloe Price Stan Account. So, maybe I'm biased. But, for anyone who reads this, and disagrees with me:

When you flirt with your friend/crush and it backfires.

Okay, so.

First off, context:

I've been talking with this girl online for a while, and she's quickly become one of my best friends. As weird as this seems, I've developed feelings for her, even though I've never seen her face.

Just since yesterday, our dynamic has changed. Yesterday, we just talked about Cyberpunk 2077, but today?

She playfully flirted with me. It was really cute and sweet, and it had me giggling, because she was being silly about it.

We were talking about Judy Alvarez, and she sent a picture of Judy's tattoos, and I mentioned my love for piercings and tattoos on girls.

She said that she has piercings, and in response, I decided to be bold, and I (half-jokingly) asked for a picture.

She sent one. She has snake bite piercings on her bottom lip. She sent me a picture of her lips.

I spent 10 minutes in the Applebee's bathroom gay panicking, cuz wtf? The girl I like playfully flirted with me, then sent me a picture of her lip piercings when I asked?

I know the flirting was a joke. That much was obvious. But she actually had me so flustered with the whole situation.

Just had to rant about that rq.
