#voidstate#pureconsciousness#effortless manifestation#Godstate
SOME RECENT SUCCESSES OF MINE ᥫ᭡ᥫ᭡
for pure consciousness of course

1st LOG | USING THE DARKNESS TO MY ADVANTAGE
This was around last week, i felt super tired in the afternoon and i used that to advantage, i acted like i was taking a nap and focused on affirmations while distracting myself, i let thoughts pass me by and new ones come in and when i was super relaxed I affirmed “I AM”. I imagined my surroundings as black, just back I don’t know how to explain it, but i focused on the darkness behind my eyes and acted like my eyes were open and all i was seeing was black. I imagined that the darkness behind my eyelids was my surroundings, I would see myself in a pool of darkness give myself askfirmations
“why is everything so black”
“hold up am I in the void state?”
then i would breathe heavier than i was, with some more “I AM” and boom, i induced
manifested:
no back pain (maybe tmi but i’ve got large 🍒 with a smaller body frame so my back would KILL sometimes lmfao)
longer hair because why not?
and honestly just was there for a calming experience, and when you induce pure consciousness, you know that there’s this calming, surreal feeling you get, especially when you come back to your 3D.
2nd LOG | PURELY RELAXATION PURPOSES
saturday morning (so two days ago??)
i said this before and i just might make another post about this but going in with the “i’m just inducing to relax” is so beneficial because it really takes the void of that pedestal. And when it’s off that pedestal and all you’re doing is trying to relax it’s easier for you to induce.
I had the intention not to manifest anything but really just to sit and relax, and that weight lifted off my shoulders really helped. I did some normal “I AM” with heavy breathing with the intention that it was just a meditation i was trying to induce. And before I knew i induced the void.
manifested:
better understanding of things (i didn’t really elaborate but i feel a lot better and more articulated when it comes to explaining things for you guys and to myself)
and honestly i was there to just relax, a goal i have in 2025 is to make inducing pure consciousness more natural to me than it already is, I wanna be able to see this shit as a meditation i just do for fun when i want too, i really want to get into the god state this year, well more than i already am
i hope you guys can really understand how simple it is, this is first nature to us.
ᥫ᭡thanks for coming to my TED talk… again

Teaching Others How To Treat You
I know reading this title you’re probably thinking “Jasmine, how do I teach people how to treat me” or “I can’t control what people do”. I hear you because those are both very valid points. You certainly cannot force people to act a particular way or control them. However, we have a little more control than we give ourselves credit for. There are certain actions you can take to teach others what is and is not acceptable when it comes to how they treat you. These behaviors can lead to more fulfilling and healthy relationships.
Reflect on how you treat yourself
I often share with clients and loved ones the importance of treating themselves well. The habits you form, how you treat your body, and even how you speak to yourself are all vital for your mental health. When you treat yourself poorly it can lead to low confidence, increased feelings of depression, and cause relational challenges. In addition, how you treat yourself can often influence how others feel they can treat you. If you’re continuously engaging in negative self-talk, others may get the impression that it is also okay to talk to you negatively.

I’ve started viewing my goals and daily habits as promises to myself. Whenever I consider not doing something (working out, doing my skincare, etc) I view it through the lens of someone making a promise to me and not keeping it. I think about how pissed I would be if my boyfriend or friend would constantly make promises to me and break them. Why do I give myself grace to be inconsistent that I do not give others? Eventually, if someone keeps breaking promises to you, you learn not to trust their word and not rely on them for anything. Is that the kind of relationship you want to foster with yourself? Who can you count on, if not you?

THE IT GIRL MANUAL
a law of assumption & self care based guide
🎀 CHAPTER 1: LAW OF ASSUMPTION GUIDE
𝐈. how to change your mindset ˖*
-by changing your mindset, you will change your life. let me make this clear from the very beginning: you CANNOT change your physical reality if you don’t change in imagination FIRST. but what does this exactly mean? does this mean that you’re going to be thinking about your desires non-stop? does this mean you cannot slip and let out your emotions? or does this mean that you can’t have negative thoughts?
the answer to all these questions is no. you’re going to have your moments of weakness, you’re eventually going to get undesired and unfavourable thoughts about anything, it’s completely fine and human. that’s what you are after all. so embrace your emotions, cry as much as you need, scream your lungs out, take the time to bring comfort to yourself and do it slowly. there’s no need to rush. nothing is permanent and so are your emotions.
all that you need to do is relax and take it easy. you know how the law works, right? if you don’t, let me break it down for you:
sit down and relax. breathe slowly. take a look at yourself in the mirror. once you’ve done that, find a comfortable position, whether it’s laying down or sitting up. take a good 15 to 20 minutes to clear out your mind & understand what you really want. do you have everything clear in your mind? good. if you’d like, you can also script it down (optional step. it is not necessary).
now repeat after me: “it’s done”. easy, right? well now guess what, you have successfully manifested all your desires. don’t believe me? you don’t have to. all you have to do is have faith and believe in yourself. see how easy it was for you to imagine your desires? now you also know how easy it was to manifest them. congrats, you’ve done it!
𝐈𝐈. faith & belief ˖*
-faith and belief are, in my honest opinion, key when it comes to manifestation. what’s important to highlight when making such statement, is that the you need to have faith in YOURself. you need to believe in YOURself. not anyone else’s self. “but andreia, how do i believe in myself if i never trusted it?” the key is to live in the mind/imagination. your imagination is your only, true reality. in imagination, you have to think of yourself as if you’re confident and believe in you. take the “fake it till you make it” quote seriously for a minute: if you’re someone who struggles with their self-concept, you’re gonna have to plant the seed first to make the plant grow and flourish. in this case scenario, the seed is PERSISTANCE IN THE MIND and the plant is the BELIEF.
so yes, as much as you already have what you want the second you decide it (because by definition, the law works ALWAYS instantly), you have to store FAITH & BELIEVE in yourself. we all start from point 0. you’re gonna have to trust yourself one way of another and what’s a better way if not faking it at first? what’s extra important tho is that you have to PERSIST and not give up.
𝐈𝐈𝐈. the urge to give up and how to deal with it ˖*
-this is just a personal rundown, some of the things that have tremendously helped me when i was on the verge of giving up and didn’t believe in myself. what i did was completely stop thinking about my desires and focus on my well-being. i noticed how over consuming information was damaging my brain and not making me ACTUALLY understand the law. this is what i feel is the problem with a lot of people; they over consume information in hopes to finally get all of their questions answered, when in reality there are zero questions. you know how the law works and it’s NOT gonna fail you.
so what i did was take a break. take a break from social media and from my phone. note: you can NEVER take a break from manifesting (since you’re always switching states), but you can take a break from acknowledging it. going out with your friends, meet new people, open up to your parents and family members, trying new activities, doing yoga (my personal fav!), working out and travelling are all good distractions to help you detach. it’s almost a “reverse method”, where you’re paying attention to the physical world and not your inner world.
𝐈𝐕. law of assumption rundown ˖*
-the key points of manifestation. note that everybody’s journey is different. people are gonna believe in different things/methods/ways to manifest and that’s fine. there’s no need to have full on discourses about what’s better between “states” or “a+p”, because at the end of the day, what you put your trust in (what you have faith in) will work out for you. that’s the principle of the law.
be in a relaxed state of mind: don’t beat yourself up, don’t force yourself to believe what someone else believes in, let our your emotions: cry, scream, laugh, jump, leap DO IT ALL. trust your gut and your gut only.
clear out your mind: decide what is it that you ACTUALLY want. it could be absolutely anything in this world. nothing is impossible unless you believe it is.
literally tell yourself that it is done. because guess what, it is. congrats now, you have successfully manifested you dream life!
your focus MUST stay in imagination. that’s your only reality, there’s only one and that is it. no, don’t worry about the 3d. that is what follows and it can’t and WON’T follow up if you haven’t experienced it in imagination first.
faith and belief are key. can’t go anywhere without ‘em. remember, it’s NOT your thoughts that manifest. you can have up to 70,000 thoughts everyday. imagine for a second that you THINK about getting hit by a car (very occurring thought of mine lol). does this now mean that you manifested that? hell no. if you don’t believe you’re gonna get hit by a car, then it’s just not going to happen. so don’t stress out about impending doubts or anything, they mean absolutely nothing.
take it easy and do whatever you want. this is your life! not mine, or your mom’s, or whoever else’s. if you’re having a hard time, take a break and focus on your well-being. when you’re healthy and ready tho, pick yourself back up and be STUBBORN. you have what you want whether you like it or not.
🎀 CHAPTER 2: SELF CARE GUIDE
♡‧₊˚ this is both for my loass girlies and the girlies that don’t manifest. yeah, i’m a girl blogger too now, you better get accustomed to it because there’s gonna be a lot of shit posting on my account from now on eheh.
𝐈. skin care routine ˖*
MORNING ROUTINE:
cleansing: fresh lukewarm-to-cold water to avoid getting burnt and irritated from hot water. use a gentle cleansing soap that’s specifically made for your skin! *go to your doctor and/or dermatologist for an in-depth consultation.
moisturiser: always keep in mind that all skin types need to be moisturised.
spf: take your middle-most fingers and apply the product onto them, do not directly make contact with the plastic tube. find an spf that’s made specifically for your face, not the one you use for your entire body.
NIGHT ROUTINE:
double cleansing: especially if you wear makeup and had it on for many hours during the day, it’s important you make sure to double cleanse your skin.
moisturiser: right after you pat-dried your skin *better with a paper sheet rather than a cotton towel, apply it to your skin.
that’s pretty much it! remember that less is better. ⋆⁺₊⋆
𝐈𝐈. body care (hair, teeth, skin) ˖*
HAIR:
make sure to wash your hair with lukewarm or slightly cold water.
double shampoo your scalp, not your mid-ends.
put on conditioner after you’ve rinsed your hair: the “squish-to-condish” method consists into taking some of the product into your hand and smoothly drag it between your hair and then taking the base of your ends and squish them upwards. make sure that, before your do this, there’s still water in your hair.
BODY:
rub an unscented soap bar on your skin with a little fabric towel. my personal favourite is the dove “beauty bar” soap.
rinse the soap away and take your body wash (this could be scented) to clean your body once more.
scrub your body at least twice a week and try to shave as little as you can to avoid getting razor bumps and ingrown hairs.
SKIN:
right out the shower, take your moisturiser and rub it across your entire body. my personal favourite scents are almond, vanilla and coconut.
TEETH:
preferably use an electric toothbrush.
flossing is key.
get a tongue scraper and really get in there! that’s where all your mouth germs reside.
rinse with mouth wash.
𝐈𝐈𝐈. healthy habits (journaling & exercising) ˖*
JOURNALING:
literally just grab a piece of paper or get a notebook or use the notes on your phone, it doesn’t matter how and where you do it, I find journaling an extremely relaxing activity. not only you’re spending your time to collect all your memories and experiences for your future self to read, but you’re also relaxing your mind. if you’re someone who likes to stay on their phone a lot (trust me, i’ve been there), you need to start forcing yourself to detach from it in one way or another. journaling is fun and it doesn’t take you a long time to get pen and paper and start writing!
another beneficial aspect that comes from this activity is that it’ll most likely improve your writing skills and it’ll help you come up with lots of creative ideas when putting your mind into writing an essay, for example. journaling has personally helped me a lot with that!
EXERCISING:
ahh yes working out, one of my fave activities ever! except when i literally almost faint from doing sit-ups, but hey, i always come out alive after. no but seriously, working out is so so so beneficial for your body! i know that some of my loass girlies will wonder “mmh, but andreia you already have your desired body, right? then why do you work out?” well the answer to that question is that it brings me peace. it makes me feel serene, content and it distracts me from negative things or thoughts.
another reason why i work out is because i’ve always loved going to the gym with my friends. it’s sorta our safe space, i know that unfortunately (especially for women) gyms are not safest places to stay in, but you can probably find an only-women gym at your local city! (or manifest it of course ;)
if you’re not a gym enthusiast but still wants to work out, here are some good free home workouts that i used to follow before i started going to the gym again ֗ ִ ּ ۪
୨୧ lilly sabri’s warm up workout
୨୧ daisy keech’s “hourglass abs” workout
୨୧ daisy keech’s “bubble butt” workout
୨୧ lilly sabri’s “toned legs” workout
————————————
and there you have it! a personal-based guide to master the IT girl lifestyle. please keep in mind that everybody’s thought process is different, meaning that not everyone is going to agree on my views about the law of assumption and what not. this was just a fun and (hopefully) simple guide based on what works for me! i hope you enjoyed reading ♡
with love always, andreia (halo) ◟♡ ˒ ⊹ ݁ ִ
