this is a little new recipe I’ve tried that’s actually so so good and it fills me up!!
ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cilantro lime rice (white rice with cilantro & lime cooked in): 52 cal
- 1/4 cup grilled chicken: 54 cal
- 1/8 cup low moisture, skin mozzarella cheese: 40 cal
- 1/2 cup sautéed bell peppers + onions: 15 cal
total: 163 cal!!
I usually make a large portion of this (4 times the amount I stated) and eat it for the next few days. It’s so so yummy and it always satisfies me. You can add more or less of any ingredients, sometimes I add a little guac and always some cholula to spice it up. so freakin good.
