my cat Silverwing in her favorite window, watching my favorite local spider. The spider brings creativity to our place so I allow her to live there. Just to be completely clear the spider is outside haha. It's been cool to watch her grow. She lives on the part of my porch where I keep a little garden, I quite enjoy her company as I haven't been bit by a mosquito since she's been out there.

I miss when library books used to have little paper pockets inside with a list of all the people who borrowed it and when... I hate that this is now exclusive knowledge of librarians. I do care that a miss Mariana borrowed this book in 1985 and then Dario in 1997. They're my brothers and sisters

I wish I would've gotten photos of the main course, especially because I made it completely from scratch but I was too caught up in all the fun to take too many photos. But I wanted to document my friend's birthday and my creative process. I had so much fun planning it out and decorating! I hand cut the cut outs by printing photos of the characters and cutting out their individual pieces to trace on construction paper. I can't wait to throw another party honestly. I also made her a book nook you can see here.
