IT WORKED! I don't know how people keep missing the point on this, but the reason the Bruins traded Marchand was to give him a chance to win the Stanley Cup. We all knew the Bruins weren't going to make it this season, so they gave him that chance, and IT WORKED. The Florida Panthers won the Cup, with Brad Marchand on the team!

I didn't know until embarrassingly recently that people take being a sports fan so seriously. I have been a sports fan my whole life, and I love getting into the game and rooting for my team. But people actually hate other teams and specific players, like for real. I thought it was all in good fun. Like they're professionals getting paid to do their job, and the fans are just having fun (mostly). Please don't take anything I say against your team to heart we're all friends here.

THANK YOU!! The home fans think literally everything is a penalty, but it was getting so obnoxious lately I feel. Like maybe don't watch hockey if you don't like a physical game? I understand getting defensive when the goalie is involved, but Bennett did not do that intentionally. Skinner is a great goalie and while I'm rooting for the Panthers I don't want to see him get hurt, but can we not get mad at players for an accident?

Look, Sam Bennett can certainly play dirty but he was pushed into Sk*nner by the defender this time. Fuckin bullshit. I'm not even really a Florida fan but can we quit it with the 'Florida gets away with everything' narrative now? It's bullshit and they're the most penalized team in the playoffs this year.

I don't think sports broadcasts should be allowed to advertise for sports betting platforms. It encourages gambling and makes it more normalised than it should be. Yes this is about hockey but I think it should not be allowed for all sports. No commercials or calling out odds in the middle of the game. Just let me watch without trying to get me to gamble.
