Pascal would make a really good White Rabbit but since one of the Terrestrials is playing the role of Alice, Vidcund is taking the role of the Rabbit instead. The Mad Hatter and Cheshire Cat roles are undetermined (depends on who wins this poll bc some of the people I was thinking of are on this list) and I'm still deciding if I should include other people

Also had an idea for a Pleasantview x Alice in Wonderland that also has a different Terrestrial sibling as Alice but that'll come later

Dear Diary,

After Rosaline and I went through the remainder of the videos, we came to a couple of conclusions:

Lazlo and the fairies are being controlled by a woman named Crystal, who seems to want revenge for some reason

Lazlo used to be friends with all three of the fairies before their memories were erased by Crystal, and there were a couple of moments where he tried to jog their memories but they all failed

There is a robot posing as a teenage girl named Meadow that Crystal and Lazlo built together who's responsible for some of the disappearances and deaths

People in Strangetown are being used to abduct some of the other members, and sometimes this includes other people from Strangetown because the programming is ass

The thing that's being used to control the people of Strangetown can be deactivated by figthing them

I'm not sure what we can do about the information, because I don't really want to take on grown adults and there's no way I can hurt Ripp. I guess Tank is there, but he's buff as hell and also still missing so I can't really do that and tbh I don't really want to either.

Juliet came by once we were done compiling and asked us what we were doing, but we decided to just lie and say we were watching music videos online. She seemed confused but then just walked off fuming about Mercutio and how she was happy he was gone. I hope she gets a therapist soon.

Also Don has gone missing, which has caused a lot of mixed reactions. Mortimer claimed that he got in a fight with Ripp, who successfully knocked him out and fled with his body. But why didn't Mortimer fucking do anything about it, though? Like that's your son-in-law. Yeah he's a piece of shit but still! At least pretend that you give a shit and make some effort to stop him, you know?

Also speaking of Ripp, I decided to invite him over before school so we could talk about it, and he seemed to have no memory of what happened. He claimed that he blacked out and woke up back in his house. I told him about what Rosaline and I discovered, making sure to refer to Lazlo as "Laz" to prevent the trigger from happening again, and he seemed really surprised about it. Apparently this was fresh news to him, but he mentioned that he could probably figure out a way to remove it. I'm not sure what he's referring to but I'll trust his judgement

Obviously I didn't want to hurt him, so I paid Angela to fight him instead:

Once Angela successfully beat him in a fight (it only took one try because again Ripp is not an athletic person and not really much of a fighter either), he mentioned that his mind felt unusually clear. I recited Lazlo's name to him, and nothing happened. I guess that means he's free? I'm not entirely sure how this works. Also Angela kept apologizing about the fight and we kept having to reassure her that it was okay

Also Ripp mentioned that Ophelia was moving in to "help him take care of Buck" but he said that she was secretly trying to escape from her family and also wanted to be closer to Cyd for some reason. When I asked why, Ripp mentioned that Cyd had discovered a way to resurrect another person as a result of Nina telling Ms. Broke about Vidcund resurrecting her, which had resulted in her telling Cyd. Since there were three fairies and only two had seemingly granted a wish so far, Ophelia had claimed that there's still a chance for one more wish.

I don't think this is how fairy wishes work but if it makes her feel better about her dead husband then whatever. Event hough it seems unlikely it would be pretty cool to get the chance to meet him. From what I heard about him from Ripp and Tank, he seemed cool as hell.

Maybe I'll finally get the chance to talk to Ophelia. Hopefully she's not as morally questionable as the rest of her family.

Z: Aw, too soon? Sorry, man. It's been like, five years, so I thought you would've been over it by now.

Z: Laz, she's a damn robot! She can't feel emotions or anything, and besides! She's Chrissy's child too. And also, we're calling her Viola now.

L: Why?

Z: We've got a new town to take over, so she gets a new name. People are already on high alert for "Nova Curious."

L: This was not what she was built for...

R: Oh, I remembered Viola. She was so sweet...helped me realize that I was ace, too. I can't believe she was just a robot this whole time...

P: That must've been hard to find out.

R: Well, it's more important that we're able to stop her before she tries to do it again.

P: Yeah, that sounds good. Think Grandpa and Grandma will get paranoid if I'm gone for too long, and they don't really want to be associated with either the Capulets or Montagues. No offense.

R: None taken. So, we can confirm that the fairies seem to be working for someone named Crystal, and they had their memories erased in the past that's preventing them from remembering something that would cause them to rebel.

P: Seems so. And everyone in Strangetown is apparently a sleeper agent for Crystal, too. But if that was the case, why would Tank and Vidcund get abducted? And wouldn't it make sense for Ripp to go after one of us, instead of running out of school to capture someone?

R: Who's Vidcund?

P: Oh, right! You weren't there. Let me fill you in...

Dear Diary,

Just when things are starting to calm down, Dirk ends up gonig missing!

Mr. Dreamer said that his school email was open, and that there was a weird email from Mom that was in all caps. Unlike mine, though, it was just "help i've been kidnapped." Ms. Broke said that she could probably get her hacker friend to trace it, but that he had ended up in a coma after an unknown incident. Because of that, I'm guessing it was probably her fairy friend lol

Angela and Dustin said they got the exact same email as Dirk, and seemed surprised about mine. Mr. Dreamer also pointed out that the letters in bold spelled out "BELLA" backwards, though I don't think it could've been her who sent it. She only had one brother, and he's dead. I guess it's possible he was resurrected, but Nina had moved his urn so that he would be next to Dina's tombstone in the local graveyard, so I don't think that's possible.

Ms. Broke also mentioned that her fairy friend said that he had to sacrifice half of his power to seal a dangerous man to prevent him from causing further damage to the world, but that she didn't get his name. Dustin and Beau also started talking about the man they saw behind a wall, and we made the connection that the guy Ms. Broke was talking about and the person Dustin and Beau saw were probably the same person.

Our conversation was cut short, though, because we all had to go to school.

At school, I learned two things:

Rosaline wasn't kidding about Juliet's mental breakdown

Mercutio and Tank went missing too

Ripp didn't seem too concerned, and when I asked him about it he said that he was sure Tank could protect himself. He also said he had a "trick up his sleeve" that he was planning to use in order to force the police to give a shit about him disappearing.

Rosaline also asked me if I got an email from "Lazlo." Upon her saying that, Ripp kind of snapped and then started running off somewhere as if he was some kind of activated sleeper agent. I would've went after him, but he was practically flying. I'm a pretty athletic person, but I know fully well that no human could catch up to him. And I don't even know how! I've seen him in P.E. and his mile time is ass.

Anyway, Rosaline told me that she had received an email with a bunch of recordings, and that she wanted to invite me home so that we could watch them together. Since Mercutio and Romeo were both missing, I'm assuming it's safe to do so without accidentally becoming a part of the feud.

Juliet was kind of cold towards me when I went, but she went outside almost immediately so it was just Rosaline and I. The recordings were all just videos that were pointed at a wall, with a blurry silhouette of a man behind it. The man would move around a lot, and I could make out a couple of things on the other end.

TRANSCRIPT:

???: Hello, Lazlo! How are you enjoying your first day in fairy prison?

L: Well, I guess it could be worse. Why are you holding a camera?

???: Just wanted to get a video of this priceless moment. The first day of the rest of your life. Now, answer my question.

L: Well, it's nice of you to get me all the essentials. But can I at least get a TV? Or a computer? It's really boring. I've read every book in here, TWICE!

L: And you know you can't keep me here forever, right? Pascal and Vidcund are going to find out about what you did, and they're going to rain hell on you!

???: Your family thinks you're dead, and I just came back from your funeral. Nobody's going to save you. And even if they were, everyone from Strangetown is now under my control! And I've made it so that if any woman says your name within earshot, they'll be triggered to capture the closest person!

P: Fuck! That must've been what happened to Ripp!

R: What are we going to do, Lilith?

P: I don't know! Just continue playing the recording.

L: Why women, specifically?

???: Well, I don't want anyone to accidentally activate the trigger.

L: What about Zoya?

???: I've erased her memories, alongside Aktu's and Hamza's. They don't know who you are anymore, and I've told them to refer to you as "Laz." All they've been told is that you're a dangerous man who needs to be locked up.

L: You're fucking evil, man.

???: I've gotta be, in order to get my revenge.

R: Do you recognize the voice at all?

P: No, but considering Crystal is from Strangetown, it makes sense we won't recognize her. Let's just watch the rest of the videos.

Day 18 of Twisted Pleasantview: Everyone Returns (mostly)

Dear Diary,

Grandma really is back! And so's Mom, but that's not important. For all she knows I could be dead, and I don't care enough about her to try to reconnect now.

While we were still processing everything that happened, Grandma told Angela and I about what she had seen. Apparently she was stuck in a realm of fire, but that a fairy ring somehow appeared out of nowhere which she used to teleport back home. From this, Mr. Dreamer having a very similar testimony, and the fact that Vidcund's wish required three fairies that all passed out afterwards and just before everyone returned, I think it's safe to say that those fairies were responsible for what's going on.

I decided to share my notes with Angela, and she mentioned meeting someone back at our old school who was named Meadow. We decided to theorize about who "Chrissy" could've been, who I imagine is probably the person who's controlling the fairies or at the very least serves as their boss.

Angela and I decided to call Dustin, Dirk, Pascal and Nina separately. During Pascal's call, Vidcund butted in to tell us that there was a woman that he and his brothers used to know back home named Crystal, who dated Lazlo before he "died." He remembered Lazlo referring to Crystal as "Chrissy" a couple of times, but that she had been brainwashed during the Strangetown Takeover and was likely still under the control of the tyrant Dr. Vu.

I'm guessing Crystal is having her body piloted by Dr. Vu? That's gotta suck. I don't know how brainwashing works, but I'm really hoping she's unconscious or something because that sounds like hell

Also, not everyone had returned well. Tybalt, Ripp's chef, and Bianca Montague were all found dead, and Romeo hadn't returned. Kent and Antonio made peace since they both wanted to avenge Bianca, but this doesn't really stop everyone else in the family from being mad about their dead and missing family members.

Mercutio is now swearing to eliminate all Capulets, and Juliet wants to eliminate all Montagues. Rosaline told me that Juliet was starting to have some kind of breakdown to the point where she cut her hair and started wearing a mask like Tybalt's. Can't really imagine Little Miss Prep doing something like that but I guess I'll see how bad it is once I see her again at school

And Bella Goth, the very first disappearance, is still missing. I think she's probably just dead but I overheard Grandma mentioning that she had briefly seen Bella in her realm, but that she had disappeared as if she was a ghost. Creepy. I guess it could be a different Bella, though. She's always been mysterious, even before she got abducted.

Also I got a really weird email from Mom's work email. I'm guessing she probably had fairy madness, but it went something like this:

HELP

DESTROY NOVA AND CONVINCE THE FREELANCER FAIRIES TO LET ME GO HOME. SHE TRICKED THEM INTO THINKING I'M A THREAT

AND TELL MY BROTHERS I'M SORRY

Who the fuck is Nova? How am I supposed to destroy her if I don't even know who she is, and who even are the "Freelancer Fairies?" I marked the email as unread so I could remember to look at it again later and tell everyone else.

I wonder if anyone else got a weird email like that.

Day 17 of Twisted Pleasantview: A Rare Vidcund W

THE PREVIOUS DAY

NAME: DON LOTHARIO

LIFE STAGE: ADULT

STATUS: ALIVE, FUNCTIONAL

SPECIAL NOTES: Contributed to slandering Pascal and ruined Nina's reputation. Cassandra is weirdly defensive of him and believes he can do no wrong.

Dear Diary,

The fairies were mostly kind enough to transport Nina's body back to our realm and apologized a couple of times about the "rambunctious robot that Chrissy built" and "how she really needs to keep that thing under control." Unfortunately they disappeared before Pascal and I could ask them any questions, and they never returned our camera.

We buried Nina's body under a tree next to Dina's grave, and Pascal placed a vase of violets next to her grave. While we were doing this we encountered Don, who accused Pascal of killing Nina and referred to her as his "one and only soulmate." I tried to ask him about it, but he fucking ignored me and started attacking Pascal out of nowhere. I wish I had a tape of that so I could send it to the Goths and ruin his reputation, just like what he did with Nina and Pascal.

When we got back to the Dreamer House, though, Nina was somehow there alongside Vidcund. When we asked them about what the fuck happened, Vidcund said that one of the fairies took pity and offered to make him a wish, which he used for a perfect resurrection of Nina. The fairy had to perform a ritual with two other fairies to do this, which resulted in all three of them passing out which spawned a portal to return home.

While this was happening Mr. Dreamer also came back, which made Dirk really happy. Mr. Dreamer mentioned some realm of violet grass and mint colored skies, and that he was also angry about what Cassandra did in regards to helping spread rumors about Pascal. I did not take him for the type of dude who would be on Team Pascal, but that's pretty cool ig lol

I decided to call home, and Mom ended up picking up. She asked me where I was and then scolded me for leaving home, so I decided to hang up and call Grandpa again. He seemed super excited and mentioned that both Grandma and Mom had returned, and that Angela had also planned to move in because Dad was making her take care of the babies. He told me to come home as soon as I could, and then we hung up.

Nina and Vidcund then proceeded to announce that they were getting married, much to the surprise of pretty much everyone. When I asked her about Don, she just said that he was now "dead to her after what he did" and that she's "not going to sabotage herself this time now that she's found her people."

I don't know what any of that means but I guess it's safe to say that her bridge with Don is burned. I then asked her about what she meant by "Don and Dina's plan" and she revealed that the two had only gone after Mortimer and Cassandra for the money, and that Dina had a plan to kill Mortimer in order to for her and Don take control of the house.

Nina theorized that either Mortimer found out about Dina's plan, or that Don threw Dina under the bus. She also mentioned that the two had asked her if she wanted in, but that she initially rejected it because she didn't want to kill anyone but promised to keep it secret before Don tried to paint her as a homewrecker to save himself.

*SECRET UNLOCKED: D&D'S HITMAN PLAN"

Nina and Vidcund decided to return to the Caliente house to plan their wedding while Pascal started musing about maybe trying to find love again. At this point, I figured it would be a good idea to return home. Everyone seems to be happy, and Dirk told me to go talk to Grandma to make sure she's okay.

I'm sure she's got a lot of interesting stories from her time in the other realm!

A: That's impossible! He's the most loyal to Chrissy out of us! He wouldn't turn his back on her by hanging out with a human who wasn't her!

Z: True. And speaking of humans, what do you think we should do with that new prisoner Chrissy's letting us keep? Think of all of the things we could do with him...

A: Well, he's got an interesting look to him...you know, with that sharp jawline and tinted glasses. I think I'll use him as a model for one of my paintings! What about you, Zoya?

Z: I'm going to make him be a beta reader for my novel!

A: He doesn't seem like the type who likes fantasy adventures, though...wait, do you feel it? There's someone else here!

N: Crap!

A: FREEZE! SHOW YOURSELF, HUMAN!

P: Nina, get out of there!

N: I can't! I'm frozen!

Z: Well, well...

A: A human snuck into this realm, it seems.

Z: Have fun dealing with fairy madness!

M: And have fun dealing with the Grim Reaper.

A: MEADOW! DON'T-

P: Nina! Are you okay? Can you hear us?

N: Keep the twins...away from the Goths...

P: NINA!

N: ...I should've went along with Don...and Dina's...

Day 15 of Twisted Pleasantview: An Eye for an Eye

Dear Diary,

Some more people were found dead today.

Mom or Grandma luckily weren't among them. The bodies consisted of two teens, a child, and a grown man dressed in a military uniform. A couple of other people were also reported missing today, which included Mr. Dreamer, Vidcund, Ripp's chef, and one of the Monty boys (I think it was Romeo but I'm not sure). As usual the police aren't doing jack shit about it, since they're still too preoccupied on finding Tybalt. And guess what? They haven't even found anything that would indicate where he even went!

To distract myself I decided to drop by Dirk's house to see how he was doing, only to notice both Nina and Pascal inside of his house. Apparently Mr. Dreamer and Nina were friends, so Nina's now looking after Dirk to prevent anything from happening. Dirk seemed really depressed, so I decided it would be best to give him some space.

Pascal asked me how I was doing, and I told him about what happened which included what Olive told me. He told me that Nina and Vidcund were apparently dating, which he had just found out two hours prior to me arriving. The two had already planted a fairy ring, with the intention of entering the fairy realm in order to find Vidcund and Mr. Dreamer. I wanted to add Grandma to that list too, but I didn't say it to them just in case they hate her over her association with the Specters.

I told Pascal about the fairy madness that Dustin got, but he dismissed it by saying that Dustin was a teen and that he was certain he would be okay. I don't think there's anything I could do to convince them, but Pascal told me that he was willing to ease my worries by just having one of them enter the ring and bringing a camera to record everything.

NOTE: Whoever is not chosen will develop immunity up until another character returns

Day 14 of Twisted Pleasantview: I Divided The Town Some More

THE PREVIOUS DAY

SPECIAL NOTES: The older brother of Ripp Grunt, with special connections to people in the show business. Is the opposite of his brother, but has the same sad aura as him.

Dear Diary,

Today we presented our reports. Tank insisted on going first for some reason, and it turns out his was on superstar Reed Vandermorgan. I do not know what happened in his and Ripp's life that caused them to have connections to literal superstars, but I definitely need to get in on that.

I decided to go second, and my report went really well. The teacher seemed confused on why I chose the "town harlot" but everyone else in class seemed really entertained and angry on Pascal's behalf. Ripp was hiding his face in shame for some reason while Tank seemed incredibly eager the whole time.

Some of the other reports went on longer than expected, so we weren't able to get through everyone's which included Angela's. Also during lunch, Tank and Juliet both complimented me on my report, with Tank mentioning that the Specters have always been shady AF. I decided to ask him more and he said that his dad was found dead in their house, but that Olive paid off the police to not investigate it. Hearing that was kinda sickening but I'm not surprised by the police taking bribes.

I got home really late, and at that point Grandpa was already cooking soup for dinner. Grandma apparently went to get groceries, but she wasn't home yet so I'm assuming she's probably being held up by something. While we were eating dinner, Grandpa started asking me about my report and it turns out someone at school spread the news about it and now there's even more conflict in Pleasantview since some people were now starting to take Pascal's side. Dunno who'd do that though, but Grandpa claimed that the Specters would "forgive me" if I went to apologize to them.

I confronted him about it and he apologizes for lashing out, mentioning that Grandma was gone for three hours while getting groceries and he was worried that something might've happened to him. He also mentioned that Ichabod helped him out a lot during his business career, so that he didn't want to risk losing him as a friend even if he no longer needed his help or something.

After that I got a weird call from a woman who called herself "Katrina Fria," who said that it was about time that somebody exposed the Specters for who they were. She then started telling me about some "evidence" she collected of misdeeds from both the Specters and the Goths, and to meet her at a secluded area alone if I wanted to learn more. Obviously I said no, because that's shady asf and I don't want to be the next person to disappear, so I hung up.

Grandpa said that he had a feeling "Katrina" might've been Nina Caliente, Dina's twin sister and the woman who homewrecked Don and Cassandra's marriage (or at least that's what Cassandra says according to Mom). Nina apparently had it out for the Goths since she first arrived, but I'm not sure exactly she has against the Specters. Maybe she thinks Dina was killed by them?

Note to self: See if you can talk to her later.

Making a neighborhood (as in took an uninhabited custom hood) for myself featuring a bunch of OCs, two of which are the mothers of the Terrestrial trio. Here's Ivy, one of two mothers of Aktu, Hamza and Zoya whose current job in this neighborhood is a field researcher

The description is still a work in progress but you may find that she vaguely resembles a certain Strangetown premade. This was coincidental but she would probably be flattered by the comparison. He's her favorite character in the Sims
