Y’all, Juices / low cal smoothies changed it for me:
I cut out caffeine bc I read it can mess with your Serotonin (I’m d3pressed enough) and incorporated juices / smoothies in a size small (typically 200 cal) and a small snack in the morning and each morning has gotten better.
- It helped my bloating
-my face is less fat
- I feel more energized in the day at work
-you get good nutrients and vitamins just through that !

~ Trying to grow my hair out
> Using rosemary water & rice water
> Protective hairstyles like braids :)
~ Reworking my style to fit my aesthetic when thinner
> I'm still in my fall oversized clothing because it's what makes me feel more comfortable
~ Finding recipes for maintaining/ lose weight after hitting a plateau
> This one's a bit tough because I've hit so many plateaus and I'm currently stuck rn. But I'm still trusting the process because Stress is my biggest concern rn & doesn't help my progress
