My fucking mother just told me I was "smaller than most people" and I was stoked and gunna EAT FUCKING dinner.
Not anymore!!!

wtf has happened to me. up until this year ive always been a ‘good’ rexi. i could literally starve, fast, cut cals whenever i wanted to lose weight. i literally lost 15lbs doing it in september and october. but since then i just cant. my brain isnt in the ed state anymore. i want to starve, i NEED to lose weight, i need the euphoria of seeing the numbers drop, and feeling in control, but i cant get it because im not anymore. wtf has happened to me.
someone please help. i need it back. i will do anything atp. how was i more disciplined at 13 than at 16? ik it just takes one week and ill get there again, but i cant even start.
please give me any advice and tips. i just feel so lost :/
