i find it so funny that teddy and owen have a 20 year long friends to lovers trope, both are deeply traumatized by their past and that brings a deep kind of complexity to their characters (even if it's not well explored), their kid is probably trans or at least gnc, they'll get a polyamorous arc developing teddy's bisexuality and how you can be in love with/feel attracted to multiple people at the same time and SOMEHOW they manage to be the lamest couple grey's anatomy has going on right now

i have SO MANY THOUGHTS on the latest episode (so much so that i watched it like as soon as i got up yesterday and still haven’t thought of how to talk about it), but i think the thing that struck me the most is how everyone was worried about mika and how the writers managed to show how each one deals with the fear of losing her in a different way

what if you were GAY and your girlfriend was the personification of DEATH and then your SON died and she had to reap his SOUL or whatever because it was her JOB and then you never forgave her but she still LOVED you and then you projected your GRIEF onto a random teenager while battling through DEATH trials with PATTI LUPONE

i know the new grey’s anatomy episode was good when suddenly people start liking my old posts again

i still didn’t fully process the last two episodes, but i liked them a lot?? i’m getting used to some of the aspects i didn’t initially like and i’m starting to actually like them… some other interpretations of some scenes put a different light on them and makes them better

still, some decisions were shitty, but it’s mostly due to the fact that it’s a marvel show

and now i hope we get to see agatha and rio being further explored in the universe (as a couple PLEASEEEEE but also individually)
