Subday 9 o'clock class done! Still recovering from my status after dislocated shoulder but I really needed to get moving again. My body just started feeling lazy. Even though it has been two months since my last cycle and the fact that I felt nauseated due to lack of training and soreness/pain in my shoulder, (not doing all the push-ups here) I survived and now feel really proud of myself for pushing through! So...I bought my next 10-ride card...no going back.
