Life update.
It's been a weird time since May. I had a few massive work weeks then I got a new job and at the same time my other job started giving me full time hours which meant I've been working 56-64 hours weeks over 6 days.
I prioritised running and managed to keep it up even if it was just 5km a day, I also got a new puppy I had to start doing morning walks with. So a lot of cold early starts, not a lot of sleep and no me time. Very bad for mental health.
Anyway... I quite the second job because there's way more to life than having a decent bank account like seeing your fiancé, walking your dog together and wasting time on Tumblr.
So on Monday for the first time in 2 months I managed a strength workout and I AM STILL SOAR but it feels so good!
I brought new running shoes because I had definitely over used my old ones and I'm building myself back up.
I can't wait for summer.
Gonna run and strength train after work 💪 have a good Wednesday.
Don't live to work.

Woke up this morning (far to early) and had a lovely chill morning. I did 25 minutes of yoga then made oats with kiwi and blueberries and a real coffee and watch seaspiracy. After that I managed my 5 mile run, it was super windy and definitely slowed me down 🤣 but what can you do, control the weather?
Now to walk the dog and go to a vegan restaurant for lunch 😍

I stayed home and ate chocolate and walked my dog.
I've had a really tough week and my body's been struggling for literally no reason. I've managed 3 runs and one I had to cut short due to serious discomfort. I think I'll go for a run tomorrow morning instead. There's no point trying to run today, struggling and hating my life hopefully I wake up tomorrow feeling fresh, I definitely run better in the mornings.
I just wish I knew what was wrong 😩

So a few weeks ago I got a proper coffee machine & this is like my first oat milk foaming success! It way harder than I thought it would be (especially as my first job was in a cafe where I had to make proper coffee)
