So the last time I posted here was June.
And thanks to a holiday, moving countries, staying at people's unis for a month and general cba-ness, I've put on all the weight I've lost, and probably more.
My current weight is 132 pounds, and my height is 5ft1, which puts my BMI at 24.9, right on the verge of overweight. Eek.
This time I'm going to do it right. I've joined a gym, I've taken "before" photos, I'm going to eat as healthily as I can, and I'm determined to drop about ten to fifteen pounds.
I can do this shit.

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
2 cup gluten-free oats
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla 
A generous pinch of nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 slivered almonds
6 fresh strawberries

Moist, Low-Calorie Microwave Protein Fudge Muffins
Ingredients:
2 Egg whites (**If using liquid egg whites use 1/2 cup and add 20 calories)
1/4 cup pumpkin (3 T applesauce or other starchy carb works well too!)
2 T coconut flour* (1 T also works, and results in 40 fewer calories)
1/2 tsp baking powder
stevia or other granular sweetener to taste
1 T. cocoa powder (Hershey’s Special dark cocoa is best!)
Directions: Spray a soup bowl with a very light layer of oil to prevent sticking (not even necessary but makes cleaning up a bit easier). Mix ingredients well with fork, whisk or spatula. Microwave for 2:30-4+ min on High (depends on your microwave, altitude and the whim of the cupcake gods.)
Makes one HUGE serving.  155 calories **; 12 g protein; 16.5g carb; 4.5g fiber; 1.75g fat  Stellar stats.

I threw away my peanut butter.
And poured some balsamic vinegar in it too.
I seriously have a problem with it. I know it's not the worst thing to binge on, especially as it's natural peanut butter and only has 100 calories compared to some of the 200cal stuff, but I really overeat with it. 
Won't be buying any more peanut butter for a while!

Restarting today!
Woke up at half five to go for a run! Feels so nice having done today's exercise already. Although if I feel okay later I might go again tonight!
I had a kiwi, a shit ton of a water, and now I'm nomming a strawberry banana smoothie. I'm determined to stay on track today!

No, this is ridiculous.
I've had another bagel, chicken tenders, two mini chocolate bars, and a handful of Hershey's Kisses. 
What the hell?!
I seriously need to get back on track!
I'm browsing the fitblr tag for inspiration. Tomorrow I'm going to have a liquid and fruit detox day. And I'm restarting this.

I really need to get a better control on my eating!
I keep binging on carbs and peanut butter ;_;
So I'll try to write up my intake on here when I can.
15/05/12
Breakfast: Scrambled egg whites, warmed apple with about a teaspoon of peanut butter.
Lunch: Amazing salad with spinach, lettuce, mini corn, cucumber, tomatoes, shredded chicken, sweet and sour sauce.
Snacks:  Cinnamon raisin bagel with way too much peanut butter. Bad bad bad. And a banana with -- surprise surprise! -- peanut butter!
Bleh. I'll update throughout the day. Hopefully writing on here will guilt me into not eating too bad! I'll try and stick to fruits if I get hungry later.

My mum bought me running shoes!
Eeeee so excited! They're Asics and so comfy! I really hope these will help with my ankle pain, I can't wait to get back on track! I have a route in mind that I'm aiming to run the entire way, and if I manage to do that I'll be so proud!
I do admit though, my eating's been a bit off the past few days. It seems like whenever I having something that isn't healthy, I feel like the entire day should just be unhealthy. Need to get out of this mindset!
