I've been reading Leviathan Wakes/The Expanse series recently, resulting in me daydreaming about some really big spaceships.

This little comic doesn't explicitly have anything to do with the characters or events of that series, apart from it being sci-fi. Leviathan was merely the seed of inspiration that got me started.

I wasn't trying to be particularly consistent here, I just wanted to get a comic with more than one panel done. Learned a fair bit from it especially about CSP's vector tools.

The two main characters are called Chevy and Dutch, btw.

Here's another illustration that I did a little while back - this is Andrea the Android, also from my Drift Stars story.

She's a rival racer to Bree and Alex, and, well, yes, an android. She works for a North American team using a car with an ultracompact small modular reactor, which are frowned upon after the Le Mans incident occurs.

And where did the US racers get the uranium for said reactor? Well they sent a security team to steal it from an Aussie uranium mine, of course!

Hi there everyone, and welcome to my brand new art Tumblr!

I've moved here because I want to post my most important OCs here, to avoid them getting munched up by Instagram AI.

Above are my two OCs, Bree (left) and Alex (right). They live in a future solarpunk world where the only place that cars exist anymore...is on the track! The duo compete in a nationwide D1 Drift GP all around Australia. It's an Australia full of solar-powered cities, parks full of native vegetation, and of course there's still good coffee. The whole story idea is called Drift Stars.
