Hey Rasiel? A couple of quick questions, if you don't mind. Since Izzan seems to be on better terms with Quentin now, what would be his job in the Quentin Protection squad? Would he act as a deterrent to spirits who would do Quentin harm? Or would he just hang around and talk to him? Either way, just why are you so protective of Quentin in the first place? I know he's had it rough since freddy kruger attacked, but does it really warrant this level of protectiveness? Thank you for your time!

Hi! It's been awhile since I've done anything here, huh? I'm sorry to keep you all waiting, but I assure you I do have a serious reason for why I've been gone so long!

At the end of September, I moved into an apartment with my best friend in a new town. She got me a job as a home care worker, and all seemed to be going well. But in the first week of October, I ended up in the hospital because of uncontrollable body spasms for five hours. They were kind of like seizures but I was lucid the whole time. The hospital gave me Ativan to stop the spasms and sent me home with instructions to come back immediately if my symptoms continued or worsened. The next day, I had lost most of the function in my left leg and was rushed to a hospital two hours away via ambulance. They did scans and tests and couldn't find anything so I was taken back home. I forgot a lot of things in that time (including my age) and I'm still struggling to put the pieces back together, but I'm doing significantly better now! As in, I remember mostly everything and I've regained my mobility!

I'm gonna keep up with this blog and update the fic, but I may be a bit slower than I used to be, so I apologize for that but I do hope you'll understand!

To Quentin, how do spirits use their auras? Do you have an aura you use? You said a bit ago that raziel used their aura to force you to sleep, what else can spirits do other than that?

I know I've not really created anything in a hot minute, but I just finished writing a Morrismith oneshot/character study and if you're into DBD and/or that dbd ship, you might be as thirsty as I am for that sweet rarepair content.
